Pitchers

SPChang Mo KooNCDC. Choi$9,400
Targeting a team on a four-game win streak can be dicey but Koo's been the best pitcher so far in the KBO. Koo owns a 3-0 record with a 0.62 ERA, 2.17 FIP and 0.66 WHIP. His K:BB of 4:1 over his first 29 innings makes him worth the price tag on an intriguing slate. Perhaps the recent surge by Samsung will keep Koo off the radar. Key on Koo's track record, 15:3 K:BB on the road with a .087 batting average against helps him be a -220 favorite in Vegas.
SPDrew GagnonKIAT. Wilson$6,700
So, Gagnon's in his first tour of the KBO but turned the corner of late firing 13 shutout innings his last two outings spanning 13 innings with a strong 17:2 K:BB in them. His 2.73 ERA comes with a 2.35 FIP and 0.94 WHIP over his 23.1 innings in 2020 with an 28.3 K-BB percentage. Looking for the series win and a low priced GPP pitcher with strikeout upside, Gagnon's your guy and my gut call on the slate.
SPChris FlexenDOOD. Straily$8,600
Flexen disappointed last time out but carries a 2-0 record with a 3.12 ERA, 3.59 FIP and 1.12 WHIP into this match-up with Lotte at home. His strkeout total lags behind Gagnon hence his ranking below in the playbook. Lotte features a lineup with seven projected right-handed hitters with Flexen owning a .265 batting average against but with 16 strikeouts against five walks. It could be a grind, but Flexen should net a quality outing with a chance for the win bonus as well. Flexen's a safer option than Gagnon, especially as a -182 favorite with an over/under of 8.5 runs in his match-up versus Straily.
SPJong Hoon ParkSKC. Bell$7,500
Going to the well once again targeting the Hanwha offense. Park's 1-0 this year with a 3.27 ERA and 25 strikeouts in 22 innings. As for his opponent, Hanwha possesses the lowest team slugging percentage (.352), OPS (.663) along with the second worst team batting average (.246) and a 19.9 strikeout percentage. Plus, the splits advantage coudl benefit Park since Hanwha's usual lineup features six left-handed hitters and Park's 15:1 K:BB with a .241 batting average allowed could be GPP gold on Sunday.

Hitters
PosPlayerTeamOpp. PitcherDK Sal.
CDong Won ParkKIWJ. Bae (R)$4,400
Park's homered in two of his last three games going 7-for-11 (.636) in them with a double, two home runs and 8 RBI. Bae can be tough on right handed bats, but Park's hot streak should result in an extra-base hit or at least two RBI for a fourth consecutive contest. If Park gets the day off, pivot to his teammate Ji Young Lee ($3K) riding an 11-game hit streak hitting (.421) in it spanning 38 at-bats.
CSung Woo JangKTWS. Lee (L)$3,500
Gets the splits advantage owning a .357 average versus southpaws through 16 at-bats this year with three RBI. Jang also homered on Saturday and in the midst of a three game hit streak.
1B/2BJose Miguel FernandezDOOD. Straily (R)$5,900
KBO's hit machine Fernandez racked up another multiple hit game on Saturday moving his total to 14 of 22 contests this year. He leads the league in average (472), hits (42), runs (20) and second in RBI (23). Fernandez also handles pitches in the top third of the strike zone and owns the splits advantage with all three of his home runs versus right-handed pitching going 24-for-51 (.471) vs. RHP this season.
1B/2BKeon Chang SeoKIWJ. Bae (R)$3,500
Missed Saturday's game with inflammation in his elbow, so be sure he's in the lineup. But, Seo hits atop the Heroes lineup with a .321 average and .886 OPS and 41 total bases this season driving in 15 runs.
1B/OFJamie RomakSKC. Bell (L)$4,400
Romak's hitting .278 versus LHP through 18 at-bats with a double and one home run. It feels like an evergreen quote but Romak's power surge remains on tap and with Bell on a pitch count making his second start, this game seems like the time for Romak to leave the yard for the Wyverns.
1B/2BJoo Hwan ChoiDOOD. Straily (R)$2,100
If looking for a cheap power boom or bust dart in GPP's Choi's your guy. He homered on Saturday and hit three versus RHP this year. Straily works at the top of the strike zone and Choi's 5-for-14 (.357) against pitches in the top third of it.
PosPlayerTeamOpp. PitcherDK Sal.
3B/SSJeong ChoiSKC. Bell (L)$4,400
Eligible at third but using him at shortstop on this slate due to a lack of plus match-ups at the position. Choi's turning the corner going 7-for-his-last-15 (.467) with three doubles, one home run, seven RBI and six walks his last five games. Riding the hot streak here and hoping hit pops another home run against the Hanwha bullpen.
3BJae Gyun HwangKTWS. Lee (L)$5,000
Not a bargain but Hwang could be worth it sporting a .313 average against left-handed pitching with three of his five hits resulting in doubles. Hwang's hitting .291/.338/.432 this year and seems primed for a rebound in this match-up.
3B/SSChan Ho ParkKIAT. Wilson (R)$4,500
Hitting leadoff for Kia, Park homered on Saturday and hit safely in 14 of his last 15 games for a team which just scored 10 runs.
OFJung Hoo LeeKIWJ. Bae (R)$5,100
It's been a bit slow of late for Lee's production but he still owns a .356/.431/.609 slash with eight doubles, four home runs and two stolen bases. He hit leadoff on Saturday and faces a right-handed pitcher due for migration to the mean. Bae yields a .333 average to LHH while walking five against two strikeouts this year. Lee's walked (8) more times than he's struck out (4) against RHP in 102 plate appearances with all four of his home runs. Time for a big game?
OFMel Rojas Jr.KTWS. Lee (L)$6,100
Rojas Jr.'s racked up a .440 average against LHP with two home runs and six RBI in 25 at-bats so far. Kiwoom's Lee allows a .327 average against facing RHH plus an ERA approaching five in 14.2 innings at home.
OFJeong Dae BaeKTWS. Lee (L)$2,400
Bae's hitting .390 this season and his average rises to .444 (8-for-18) when facing southpaws with three doubles and three walks. Not a target for power, but Bae could provide a solid floor of value at his price point in this match-up.
OFSung Bum NaNCDC. Choi (L)$4,800
Really not targeting this game, but Na's a stand alone of use. Contrary to conventional wisdom, Na's hitting .385 (10-for-26) against southpaws with two doubles and three home runs. His counterpart, Choi gives up a .273 average against LHH with a 4:5 K:BB while holding right-handed hitters to a .098 average with a 14:7 K:BB. Na will be a low owned upside play in GPP's.
OFKang Min KimSKC. Bell (L)$3,300
Off the beaten path here, but Kim's 5-for-16 (.313) with a home run against southpaws this year. He's slated to leadoff for the Wyverns and represents another safer floor play on this slate.
OFSoo Bin JungDOOD. Straily (R)$2,000
If mining the minimum pricing to load up on pitchers and top bats, Jung's moved to leadoff for Doosan and 15-for-48 (.313) versus RHP this season. Straily's allowed nine earned runs in 15 innings on the road and a .326 average to LHH.

StackJeong Dae BaeMel Rojas Jr.Jae Gyun HwangSeong Woo Jang
Although this game sits as a pick 'em in Vegas, the Wiz could roll against Kiwoom's starter Lee, especially the right handed bats above. He's yielded a .327 average to RHH and eight earned runs in 14.2 innings at home with a 4.91 ERA. This game also features the highest run total on the board meaning both bullpens could be exposed in this contest.
2KIWHeroes Opp. PitcherJe Seong Bae
StackKeon-chang SeoJung Hoo LeeDong Wong Park
Representing the other team on the slate in the highest run total (10), Kiwoom's heating up at the plate scoring a team high 14 runs on Saturday. Seo and Lee own the match-up advantage against Bae due for migration to the mean in his FIP sitting two runs above his ERA. Lefty bats have walked five times against two strikeouts versus Bae with a .333 average so far in 2020.
3SKWyverns Opp. PitcherChad Bell (L)
Mini-StackJeong ChoiJamie RomakKang Min Kim
Winners of three in a row, SK looks for a sweep of Hanwha at home on Sunday. Choi's heated up and Romak's due for a dong making for a nice mini-stack off the beaten path. Kim's a low priced dart with a .313 average versus LHP and a home run too boot yesterday against one.
