Every NFL team playing Sunday is required to issue a final injury report on Friday. The pair of teams playing Monday night will issue their final report Saturday. Here we review all of the fantasy-relevant players dealing with ailments and how to plan accordingly. Keep in mind that the inactive list isn't due until 90 minutes before kickoff. As you start to put the final touches on those lineups, have a fallback plan or two at the ready in the event you will be dealing with an ailing player.

QUESTIONABLE (SUNDAY)

Danny Amendola, WR, Patriots – Knee

Danny A probably plays after missing Week 12 and being limited in practice all of this week. You'll want to verify that Sunday morning, just to be sure.

Michael Floyd, WR, Cardinals – Hamstring

As was the case last week, Floyd was limited each day of practice. He'll likely remain third in snaps played among the wide receivers for the Cards as the least healthy of their options.

Kenny Stills, WR, Dolphins – Ankle

A questionable Stills gives you all the more reason to get DeVante Parker.

Eddie Royal, WR, Bears – Knee

Odd that Royal is questionable after not practicing at all for another week. Marquess Wilson has been ruled out, so perhaps the Bears are hoping for a miracle. Alshon Jeffery is finally off the injury report and is primed for a good day with a ton of targets against the 49ers.

Zach Miller, TE, Bears – Ribs

In the two games before Martellus Bennett missed Week 12, Miller played 80 percent and 84 percent of the snaps, respectively.

Heath Miller, TE, Steelers – Rib

Miller was Out/Out/Limited this week in practice and will be a shaky game-time decision. You'll likely need another option.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Buccaneers – Shoulder

Things have progressed very slowly for ASJ, who has finally been cleared for contact this week. Even if he plays, it's difficult to imagine Jenkins taking on a lot of snaps after missing so much time.

OUT

Andrew Luck, QB, Colts – Abdomen

Peyton Manning, QB, Broncos – Foot

Marshawn Lynch, RB, Seahawks – Abdomen

Carlos Hyde, RB, 49ers – Foot

Curious that the 49ers just don't put Hyde on IR already. Shaun Draughn will see plenty of snaps and touches, although the ceiling is limited.

Karlos Williams, RB, Bills – Shoulder

The matchup against the Texans is not ideal, but LeSean McCoy is now slated for a huge workload.

Andre Ellington, RB, Cardinals –  Toe

Chris Johnson (fractured tibia) is done for the regular season and now Ellington is also out. David Johnson will shoulder the load against a Rams defense that's had issues defending the run on a number of occasions.

Ryan Mathews, RB, Eagles – Concussion

Julian Edelman, WR, Patriots – Foot

Allen Hurns, WR, Jaguars – Concussion

The matchups for Allen Robinson and Julius Thomas were already looking favorable regardless of Hurns' status.

Rishard Matthews, WR, Dolphins – Ribs

Rookie DeVante Parker got busy when Matthews left last week's game with multiple broken ribs. Only four catches on 10 targets isn't great, but 80 yards and a touchdown makes for a nice showing.

Marquess Wilson, WR, Bears – Foot

Phillip Dorsett, WR, Colts – Ankle

Rob Gronkowski, TE, Patriots – Knee

Scott Chandler had been playing more snaps for several weeks before Gronk went down.

Maxx Williams, TE, Ravens – Concussion

Crockett Gillmore is in a nice spot to rebound after being targeted just four times last week. Both of the Philadelphia tight ends had success against the Dolphins back in Week 10.

Larry Donnell, TE, Giants – Neck

Will Tye has been targeted six or more times in each of the last three games. Last week he caught six passes on eight targets for 74 yards.

Garrett Celek, TE, 49ers – Ankle

Vance McDonald will be looking to score for the third straight game.

DOUBTFUL

Willie Snead, WR, Saints – Calf

Tyler Eifert, TE, Bengals – Neck

The ceiling for A.J. Green rises quite a bit as he reclaims red zone and end zone targets.

PROBABLE (limited practice)

Jay Cutler, QB, Bears – Illness

Alfred Blue, RB, Texans – Back

Blue has now scored in two straight games. Buffalo recently held LeGarrette Blount in check (56 yards, 16 carries) before Spencer Ware hit the century mark against them last week, adding in a score (114 yards, 19 carries, TD).

Larry Fitzgerald and John Brown, WR, Cardinals – Ankle, Hamstring

Both of the top targets for Arizona will be good to go against the Rams.

Brandon Marshall, WR, Jets – Toe

Limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday has been standard for Marshall in recent weeks. No concerns heading into a likely shootout against the Giants for control of MetLife Stadium.

Jarvis Landry, WR, Dolphins – Knee

It was Limited/Limited/Full this week for Landry. The Dolphins won't have Rishard Matthews (ribs) against a really bad Ravens secondary. Landry is coming off a monster game (13 catches, 165 yards, TD) and has been targeted at least a dozen times in three of the last four games.

Martavis Bryant, WR, Steelers –  Hip

Bryant was Out/Limited/Full this week, trending in the right direction.

Vincent Jackson, WR, Buccaneers – Knee

The Bucs are being smart by taking it easy on V-Jax during the week. He was Out/Limited/Full.

PROBABLE (full practice)

Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Steelers – Concussion

Philip Rivers, QB, Chargers – Foot

Tyrod Taylor, QB, Bills – Shoulder

Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, Jets – Thumb

Brock Osweiler, QB, Broncos – Quadricep

Sam Bradford, QB, Eagles – Shoulder

Devonta Freeman, RB, Falcons – Concussion

Mark Ingram, RB, Saints – Shoulder

Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware, RB, Chiefs – Hamstring

Ronnie Hillman, RB, Broncos – Tooth

Hillman chipped a tooth and needed sitches. Sounds terrible.

Jay Ajayi, RB, Dolphins – Shoulder

DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Texans – Hamstring

Eric Decker, WR, Jets – Knee

Emmanuel Sanders, WR, Broncos – Ankle

Anquan Boldin, WR, 49ers – Hamstring

Corey Brown, WR, Panthers – Shoulder

Philly's return is sort of a buzzkill on Ted Ginn Jr. as a dart throw against the Saints. Although, it's still the Saints.

Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs – Groin

Martellus Bennett, TE, Bears – Ribs

In the two games before Bennett missed Week 12, Zach Miller played 80 percent and 84 percent of the snaps, respectively.

Owen Daniels, TE, Broncos – Knee

Daniels was oddly Limited/DNP/Full this week at practice. If there's a real issue here, Vernon Davis would see a big uptick in opportunity.
