THESE ARE EXAMPLE LINEUPS AND ARE NOT MEANT TO BE JUST PLUGGED AND PLAYED.  THEY ARE MEANT TO HELP YOU CONSTRUCT YOUR OWN LINEUPS.

I wrote at length about the importance of a balance lineup at the U.S. Open because of the difficulty of Winged Foot.  This week I’ll be giving you the same advice but with different reasoning.  You have a field full of second and third tier players mixed with a lot of young inexperienced players.  I don’t know about you but I don’t want a ton of risk in my lineups especially when you need to get six through the cut line.  I’m going to try my best to stay out of the 6K range as much as possible this weekend.  I’ll even try to avoid 7K players where possible.  Unlike last week when you had a ton of great players at the top that you want to fit into your lineup, this week you don’t have that worry because you’ve got a kid making his second PGA Tour start at the top of the price sheet.  I want to trust that everyone in my lineup has the ability to make the cut.

I was pretty close to nailing Matthew Wolff as the straight winner last week at +8000, hopefully you at least took him to Top 5 or Top 10.
