Welcome to the DFS MLB Optimal Lineups for Tuesday, April 24.

If I'm being honest, I really don't like playing on days with a Coors Field game. The sites price up the players accordingly and you're left with the decision to either invest in a few guys or fade it altogether. Sure, you can throw a one-off in there, but where do you do it? Nolan Arenado ? Love him, but that price tag is vicious. You can try going for a lesser player -- maybe you try to sneak in one of the Padres tonight -- but does the price match up with the level of the player or are you reaching just to get a piece of the action? So...not really a fan.

Nevertheless, we're still playing and I'll get myself a share of Coors Field tonight in cash games, especially with rookie southpaw Eric Lauer on the bump for the Padres. For GPP tournaments, I'm digging some mini-stacks with the Milwaukee Brewers, Oakland A's, Texas Rangers and maybe someone from the Coors game.

As for pitching, I feel like, at least on FanDuel, you need Charlie Morton in your cash lineups. The price tag is a little constrictive, but you can work around it while still getting your slice of Coors. I'm digging on Kenta Maeda and Vince Velasquez as well, so I might go with them paired up on DK if I can't utilize Morton because of price.

I do like Jacob Faria , but the weather in Baltimore doesn't look too good. Keep your eyes on the weather as we could be dealing with some delays and even postponements tonight.

Now let's get to the examples. Remember, these are just to be used as an idea for you and your lineups. Like a sounding board, if you will. We do not want you to just take them and play them as your own. We're about the process, not lineup-selling. OK, lecture over.

Let's get some!!!

P.S. My Something Filthy lineup is my Phillies stack that Jim told me NOT to do. I'm gonna set some GPP money on fire with this one.
