Chris Givens, WR (STL)--The Rams may have found their future at the wide receiver position in Chris Givens, and that was on display on Sunday. Givens finished Week 13 with 11 receptions for 92 yards in the Rams overtime win over the Niners, catching the eye of those who have yet to discover his talent. In just his rookie season, Givens has totaled 559 yards and three touchdowns while becoming quarterback Sam Bradford's second best target outside of Danny Amendola. While he will likely not get targets 14 times a week as he did on Sunday, he should continue to be used in the Rams offense enough to make him worth owning throughout all fantasy formats. He is currently owned in less than 20 percent of leagues throughout fantasy circles, so if in need of help at the wide receiver position, Givens is a must-add.Josh Gordon, WR (CLE)--For the third week in a row, Josh Gordon was targeted seven times by quarterback Brandon Weeden, with this week being his best performance since Week 5 when he scored two touchdowns against the Giants. Gordon finished with six receptions for 116 yards and found the endzone against the Raiders in Week 13, making him a top target for fantasy owners looking to make a run in the playoffs. While he has yet to show consistency this season, his last three weeks indicate that he has gained the trust of Weeden and is now the top option the Browns passing game. Considering his matchups the next few weeks, Gordon should be able to exploit the opposing secondaries with his playmaking abilities and help fantasy owners at eh wide receiver position.Rod Streater, WR (OAK)--The Raiders season has been over for a few weeks now, but in terms of fantasy, there is still plenty to talk about. After sitting Denarius Moore in the third quarter due to lack of production, Rod Streater stepped up in a big way after being given extra opportunities in the Raiders passing game. He finished with three catches for 96 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's loss to the Browns, which should result in extended playing time moving forward. With the high volume of pass attempts in the Raiders offense, there is a good chance that his production repeats in the upcoming weeks. The Raiders remaining schedule includes matchups with the Broncos, Chiefs, Panthers and Chargers, so there is a good chance Streater improves on his already growing fantasy value.Montell Owens, RB (JAC)--As if the Jaguars running game couldn't get any worse, the team lost Rashad Jennings during Sunday's loss to the Bills after he sustained a concussion. This opens the door for Montell Owens to take over the duties out fo the backfield this week when the Jaguars take on the Jets. Although the Jets were able to limit Beanie Wells to just 22 yards on 15 carries last week, Owens should have more success, considering the Jaguars offensive line has played better than the line of the Cardinals. In seven carries in Week 13, Owens averaged 4.1 yards-per-carry on seven carries for 29 yards and also hauled in one reception for 11 yards in the loss. Owens may only be a one week wonder with Maruice Jones-Drew likely returning next week, but he is still worth owning even if his value takes a hit after this week.Jared Cook, TE (TEN)--Since the return of Jake Locker, the targets have started to move towards Jared Cook in the Titans passing game. Over the Titans last two games, Cook has been targeted 20 times, after being targeted just 21 times in his previous five games. His value at the moment in only in PPR leagues, considering he hasn't scored since his one reception for 26 yards in Week 10, but the attention he is receiving now is worth mentioning. The Titans finished out the season against Colts, Jets, Packers and Jaguars, all of which have had their issues against opposing tight ends as of late, so it doesn't appear like his production will slow down any time soon.Russell Wilson, QB (SEA)--The Seahawks continue to stay in the playoff hunt, and a lot of their success is directly connected to the production of quarterback Russell Wilson. Over the Seahwaks last four games, Wilson has thrown for nine touchdowns without throwing an interception. That is truly impressive, considering he has played just 12 games as a starter in the NFL. The Seahawks take on the Cardinals next week, which isn't the best matchup for Wilson, but with the Bills and Niners to follow, he is a solid pickup for those in need of quarterback depth. While he shouldn't be considered a must-start at this point, he is still worth owning if you need a backup or to be used as a spot-starter in the fantasy playoffs.
