QUARTERBACKS

Hendon Hooker (Tennessee) Opp @SALA ($6.7K)

Hooker is becoming the most significant Volunteer football player in over 10 years. No idea why he is $6.7K in a home game against South Alabama. He will be mega owned and for good reason- before last week’s game against an elite Georgia defense he led the Vols to a huge 45-42 road win against a solid Kentucky team throwing for 316 yards and four touchdowns plus had four 3+ touchdown games in last five. Cash game lock.

Matt Corral (Ole Miss) Opp VAND ($9.4K)

This will be the final college home game for Corral as he just announced that this will be his final season for the #12 Rebels. One of the top NFL quarterback prospects Corral has thrown for 17 touchdowns and just two interceptions through 10 games and completed 66.6% of his passes while also accumulating 523 yards rushing and 10 more touchdowns on the ground- despite playing through an injury through most of the second half of the season. The price is high, but Corral is the top overall play against a Vanderbilt defense allowing 268.4 yards in the air as the Rebels have the highest implied total of the slate.

TJ Finley (Auburn) Opp @ SCAR ($5.6K)

Ex-LSU signal caller is the top value at the position filling in for the injured Bo Nix on the road against South Carolina. It’s his first start since December 5th of last season against #1 Alabama. Finley can scramble in an emergency but prefers to be a drop back passer which is different from Nix’s ability as a dual threat. Auburn is slightly over a touchdown favorite in the slates lowest game total, but Finley is cheap enough to make value on his $5.6K salary.

Others to Consider:

  • Tyler Van Dyke (Miami-FL) $8.1K GPP
  • Logan Bonner (Utah State) $7.2K Cash/GPP
  • Chase Garbers (CAL) $7.0K GPP Value
  • Anthony Brown (Oregon) $7.8K GPP

RUNNING BACKS

Jaylen Warren (Oklahoma State) Opp @TTU ($6.9K)

The stud running back had back-to-back bad games and DraftKings torpedoes his salary. Then he goes and runs for three touchdowns against TCU, and they bump him up only $500 to $6.9K. Warren is a top lead back and close to match up proof status, but Texas Tech’s defense is a tough unit that has shut down Breece Hall and Deuce Vaughn. Its borderline but Warren is still a cash play here at a bargain $6.9K.

Travis Dye (Oregon) Opp @ UTAH ($7.5K)

Dye is fantasy monster. 38% of Oregon’s 403 rushing attempts belong to him and there are no signs of slowing down. Dye has 908 rushing yards and 12 rushing touchdowns but it’s his work out of the backfield that is special. He has 22 catches for 302 yards and now 184 plays from scrimmage and 1,210 yards from scrimmage- both which lead the Pac-12. Utah has been gashed on the ground a couple of times this season while currently sitting at fifth in the Pac-12 and 48th nationally in rushing defense.

Tank Bigsby (Auburn) Opp @SCAR ($5.9K)

Bigsby has touched the ball 79 times over the last four games. With Bo Nix out expect the Tigers to ride the Tank hard, especially against a South Carolina run defense that has struggled all season against the run- 169.1 yards per game (90th in the nation). Coming off two touchdowns last week Bigsby is in play in all formats.

TJ Pledger (Utah) Opp ORE ($5.1K)

Pledger filled in for the injured Tavion Thomas last weekend and rushed for 119 yards and two touchdowns against Arizona. He will get his first taste of the Utah-Oregon rivalry and the tough front line of the Ducks. Oregon hasn’t allowed a 100-yard rusher all season but there is no reason that the talented Pledger can’t be the first- he is a talented runner.

Others to Consider:

  • Jaylan Knighton (Miami-FL) $8.0K GPP
  • Jerrion Ealy (Ole Miss) $5.5K Cash/GPP
  • Xazavian Valladay (Wyoming) $7.2K GPP
  • Jabari Small (Tennessee) $4.8K Value

WIDE RECEVIERS

Deven Thompkins (Utah State) Opp WYO ($8.1K)

Thompkins leads the nation in receiving (144.1 ypg) and all-purpose yards (169.9 pg) and is eighth in the nation in receptions (7.7 pg) and 16th in receiving touchdowns with eight. He also leads the nation with eight 100-yard receiving games this year, including six straight and is the only player in the nation with five games of 170-plus receiving yards. Get my point? Matchup proof and a lock every week.

Dontario Drummond (Ole Miss) Opp VAND ($6.1K)

Matt Corral’s favorite pass-catcher returned in last week’s win over Texas A&M. He saw eight targets and caught six of them for 49 yards and a touchdown. Out of the 75 snaps that he played 51 came from the slot so expect Drummond to be even healthier this week and a popular cash play at only $6.1K.

Tay Martin (Oklahoma State) Opp @TTU ($7.0K)

Martin is Spencer Sanders go-to receiver and is coming off a four catch 43-yard day due to the blowout factor against TCU where they ran for eight touchdowns. He is still the alpha of the team and has 47 catches for 635 yards and six touchdowns on the season. Expect Martin to be much more involved tonight at Texas Tech.

Ramel Keyton (Tennessee) Opp SALA ($3.0K)

Before last Saturday at Neyland Stadium junior receiver Keyton had one catch for 10 yards in nine games. Then JaVonta Payton went down with a shoulder injury in the first quarter against Georgia and Keyton was there to step up. He caught five passes for a career high 48 yards including a 15-yard catch in the first half that led to a field goal and a brief Volunteer lead against the best defense in the country. If Payton misses again Keyton becomes a GPP value at minimum price against South Alabama.

Others to Consider:

  • Charleston Rambo (Miami-FL) $8.2K GPP
  • Cedric Tillman (Tennessee) $6.2K GPP
  • Jalen Wayne (SALA) $4.1K GPP/Cash
  • Velus Jones (Tennessee) $4.9K Cash/GPP
  • Braylon Sanders (Ole Miss) $4.9K Cash/GPP
  • Josh Vann (South Carolina) $4.1K GPP
