Welcome back to the Fantasy Alarm NBA DFS Value Vault! It is Sunday and we have a medium five-game slate on deck for the main slate in the Association today! Lots of news will come out later today and there will be some scenarios out-lined here explaining some pivots and plays for some certain situations. Let’s dance!

*Teams to Note:

*Boston Celtics – May have NINE players only. Smart may be the highest usage starter on the floor. Theis, Payton Pritchard, Tacko Fall, and even guards like Carson Edwards and Tremont Waters can get potential extended run. Keep eye on Celtic’s reports today.

*Miami Heat – Miami is also dealing with injuries and health and safety protocol for many of their players including Goran Dragic , Kelly Olynyk , Meyers Leonard , and Avery Bradley (already ruled OUT). Could see guys like Andre Iguodala , Precious Achiuwa, and Mo Harkless get extended time if some or all are not able to take the floor today.

DRAFTKINGS:

1.) Eric Paschall SF/PF (GSW) $4,600 –

Paschall has comfortably started to fit into his reserve role off the bench for both Kelly Oubre and Draymond Green . In the last three games, Paschall has recorded 20, 20, and 22 minutes off the bench while returning 22, 24.3, and 29.3 DraftKings fantasy points in that span, as well. If you have paid attention to SFs against the Raptors, then you likely already know, BUT if not – TOR is allowing the 2nd MOST DraftKings fantasy points to the SF spot to opposing SFs, while ALSO allowing the MOST DraftKings fantasy points to opposing PFs. I don’t just love the price on Paschall here, but I do think he has 30-fantasy point upside in this match up.

2.) Gary Harris SG/SF (DEN) $4,300 –

Harris is about $400 cheaper over on FanDuel and for that reason, he is in play on both sites in my opinion. Harris has been playing well as of late. Harris has played 33, 40, and 28 minutes over his last three games, while putting up 19.8, 22, and 29.8 DraftKings fantasy points as a result. Has taken eight or more shot attempts over that span, while scoring in double-figure actual points in all three to boot. With the Nuggets here on a back-to-back, I would expect to see him play another large number of minutes in this game and hope he continues where he left off against the Sixers yesterday with his hot shooting.

3.) Tacko Fall C (BOS) $3,300 –

This is easily likely going to be a free square play on DraftKings as Fall is $1,200 more on FanDuel. As mentioned in the header, the Celtics are having some roster issues with quite a few players dealing with safety and health protocol currently. Amongst those is Robert Williams , thus leaving on Daniel Theis to man the Center spot. If Tatum or Brown also sit, they are likely very thin in the frontcourt and Fall, who played 19 minutes in the Celtics last game against the Wizards putting up 20 DraftKings fantasy points, as well, would then likely have a similar work-load here today against the Heat. Price is near minimum and if the scenario falls correctly for Tacko here, he’s definitely in play.

FANDUEL:

1.) Tyler Herro SG (MIA) $5,400 –

Herro is still left off the FanDuel salary algo’s to-do list as he continues to be sub-$5K salary over there, whereas he is $6.4K over on DraftKings. This is especially after he just dropped over 40 fantasy points against the Wizards last night in 37 minutes of floor-time with 31 actual, nine boards, and two dimes. The Heat may be left short-handed today, and Herro is already getting a hefty minutes-load, on FanDuel I don’t think you can afford to pass this price up today.

2.) Naz Reid PF (MIN) $4,400 –

Reid has shown some life over the past two games to the tune of 16 and 16 minutes for 23.5 and 32.9 FanDuel fantasy points. He has scored 13 and 16 actual, while grabbing 5+ boards, dishing one dime, and averaging 2.0 blocks a game. He recorded the 32.9 FanDuel fantasy points in last night’s game against this same Spur’s team that he will face once again tonight. Karl Anthony-Towns was supposed to be limited going into his return game last night and played a whopping 36 minutes. In the event that the Wolves allow him to play on the back-to-back, I could potentially see them limit him tonight, and this could be good news for Reid. If Reid can get 20 or so minutes at this price, he can still smash.

4.) P.J. Tucker PF (HOU) $4,200 –

Tucker has quietly worked his way into 20 or more FanDuel fantasy points in five of the seven games he has played in this season, including a 21.2 and 33.3 in his last two games. If there is one thing we know about Tucker, he is going to play 30+ minutes, and we all know there likely isn’t a team in the league he would like to beat more than the Lakers, who the Rockets will be hosting tonight in Houston. Tucker’s price leaves some room for upside, and I think he is in play here again tonight.
