What’s up, FANation!? It is Friday, and we have a lovely nine-game slate on tap in the NBA. There has already been a little value open up so far, but we can assume there will be more later before tip. Even so, let’s see where we are at right now!

DRAFTKINGS

Buddy Hield ($7,100) - This article is aimed at value and that is exactly what I see on Hield tonight. Hield has eclipsed 41 or more fantasy points in his last six of seven games and gets a Knicks team tonight at home, where he has averaged a fancy 33.2 fantasy points on the season. This is a part of that late-night hammer that you will want to be a part of. Also, the Knicks are allowing the most fantasy points over their last five to the PG/SG spot, so look for Buddy to have another successful 40-plus fantasy point night tonight.

De'Anthony Melton ($3,900) - If you guys have followed my Value Vaults when Morant has been out, likely I have had Tyus on FanDuel, but all the times I have had Melton. Melton is the aggressive, drive the lane, and get buckets/foul scoring spark that the Grizz see off the bench. Very interesting to say the least, Melton is priced higher on DK than likely starter Tyus Jones as well. Melton notched 28.8, 32.8, and 35.8 fantasy points in the last little string of games missed by Morant AND the Grizz get a nice pace up spot here against the Bucks at home tonight. Not to mention in the last two without Morant, Melton saw more minutes off the bench with 25 and 30, than Jones did as the starter.

Emmanuel Mudiay ($3,600) - If Mudiay continues to see around 22 minutes like he has in two of the Jazz’s last three games, he will have nice value tonight at home against the Wolves. The Wolves have been a team we have faded the PG spot for two seasons now, and Mudiay falls right in line with that fade tonight. I know Mitchell will see quite a bit of time at the PG spot, but it seems they have allowed Mudiay to see more minutes as of late in the place of Conley, so we will hope to see that trend continue in what should also be a nice paced game tonight with the Jazz and Wolves.

FANDUEL

Matisse Thybulle ($4,500) - I don’t mind using Thybulle at all here tonight on FanDuel. Mainly since he creates more value given his defense on FanDuel. Thybulle has accrued 10 steals over his last six contests while also swatting six total shots as well in that span. He has three multiple steal games in his last six, while playing at least 25 or more mins in those as well. He has also topped 22 fantasy points in his last four of six as well over on FanDuel. In the SF spot where there isn’t a ton to like, you can play some value in Thybulle.

Denzel Valentine ($3,800) - IF Valentine is playing, and we hope he is, we will also look to him for some more value at the SF spot. Valentine is fresh off a 22-minute game where he put up 10 points, three rebounds, five assists, two blocks, and four steals against the Hawks. Well, the Hawks have been awful against the SF spot all season, but the Hornets aren’t exactly a major defensive upgrade either, who the Bulls face at home tonight. Valentine has been getting some encouraging run lately, as he has now see 22 minutes in back-to-back games with the Bulls looking for answers at the SF spot.

Alex Len ($4,600) - Yes, I was close to throwing up as I wrote in Alex Len ’s name here. It is a tough one to swallow, and it’s a hit submit and then forget type play, but I think he has value here at home tonight against the Pacers. The Pacers have been known to allow some decent games to opposing Centers on the season, and Len has been decent as of late. He has saw at least 19 or more minutes in his last three, all the while also putting up 27.5, 23.1, and 32.5 FanDuel points in those three as well. He has also accrued seven steals over his last five games, while also swatting three shots in that span as well, so he has nice defensive upside as well, which helps over on FanDuel.
