What’s going on FANation? We have a nine-game main slate tonight so let’s go and find those key value plays that will help you solidify your lineups shall we? As we have stated from the start, “value” doesn’t just mean cheap plays but also players who are just underpriced for their role. Let’s get to it!

DRAFTKINGS

Marcus Morris , SF NYK ($5,900) – Morris has been wild’n out over the past two games, averaging 28.5 points with 7.5 rebounds and 4.5 three-pointers per game.  In total those numbers have him averaging 45 DK points over this stretch. Tonight he faces a Pistons team allowing the ninth most fantasy points to the small forward position and we have a little revenge narrative as well as brother vs brother narrative as Marcus goes back to the Detroit team that dealt him to Boston a few seasons ago and of course his identical twin brother Markieff also plays for the Pistons.

Harrison Barnes , PF SAC ($5,200) – Barnes has played 40 minutes twice over the past three games and during this three game stretch he has put up 38, 30 and 31 DK points. Harry Giles is again questionable for tonight but even if he returns I expect he to be limited and likely have a larger impact on Richaun Holmes .  Surprisingly the Raptors are allowing the third most fantasy points to opposing forwards this season so Barnes given his volume of minutes should have himself another solid day.

Damion Lee , SG GSW ($4,300) – Now, Lee isn’t the starter for the Warriors, if you want that then Jordan Poole is the guy, however, I have been on Lee now for a few slates and even wrote him up in the Value Vault a few games ago. Over the last three games where Lee has started to see an increase in playing time he is averaging 15.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.0 steals per game. His fantasy production has averaged to be about 25 DK points per game. We should expect another 25-30 minutes tonight from Lee in a very favorable match up against the Rockets.

FANDUEL

Aaron Holiday , PG IND ($3,500) – The Pacers are reeling with injuries right now and even tonight Jeremy Lamb is now doubtful to play. With Edmond Sumner also ruled out we should expect Holiday to see an increased roll and possibly even start tonight. Holiday played 23 minutes last night against the Hornets, scoring six points with four rebounds, four assists and a block for 19.5 FD points. I’ll also throw out Justin Holiday as well who could see a bump and is $3,800.

Evan Fournier , SG ORL ($5,000) -  For the first time all season we saw Fournier eclipse the 30-minute mark when the Magic faced the Thunder. Now, he was awful in that game, failing to hit a shot from the floor but I would be willing to go back to the well tonight with the news that Terrence Ross has been ruled out for tonight. This is a good match up for Fournier tonight as well as the Mavericks are allowing the sixth most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards.

Troy Brown Jr. , SF WAS ($4,000) -  On Monday’s podcast I called out his name and then we saw Davis Bertans get in foul trouble and Brown went for 14 points with 10 rebounds, four assists and three steals over 30 minutes against the Pistons. Bertans is still the starter but Brown has the higher upside and should continue to see more minutes in my opinion off the bench. He has three steals in two straight games and is a player that can fill up the box score. He is one of my favorite sleeper players to watch this year.

DOUBLE SITE DART THROW

Ben McLemore , SG HOU ($3,300 DK)($3,500 FD) – OK, so I am making a new category here but this is just a dart throw. Eric Gordon has been ruled out tonight and we just saw McLemore play 30 minutes the other night. In that game he launched 10 three-pointers and scored 12 points. Now, sure, there was no Russell Westbrook but in the game prior against Miami we saw him play 20 minutes and score 14 points. He is just another deep dive play for those looking to go stars and scrubs.
