LaMarcus Aldridge , PF/C SAS ($6,200)

I know the Spurs played yesterday and I know LMA hasn’t been great lately, but he looked damn good on Monday putting up 27 points, nine rebounds and five assists in route to a 50 DK point outing. Aldridge draws a tough match-up against the Lakers, but we’re getting a guy averaging 37 FP/game at only 6.2K with 60 point upside when he’s really going good, which Monday could the start he needed to get himself going. In four back-to-backs this season, LMA has averaged 23.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.2 steals per. Aldridge at this price will likely be chalky, but worth it.

Miles Bridges , SF/PF CHA ($5,300)

How is this guy still just 5.3K? He’s now had three straight games in which he’s put up 34-plus FP that included 16-plus points, six plus rebounds and two or more assists in each. P.J. Washington remains questionable which opens things up more for Bridges. This is a massive pace up spot between two teams that are top and bottom five in the league in the category. Whichever position Bridges is playing -- small or power-forward -- is a plus match-up considering the Rockets allow the sixth most FP to SF and third most to PF. Bridges is close to a lock and load in all formats, especially if Washington sits.

Ben McLemore , SF/SF HOU ($3,400)

The Rockets are going to without both Russell Westbrook and Clint Capela and that opens up a ton of usage and opportunity. Insert Ben McLemore . McLemore saw extended run without Capela just last game and poured in 22 actual and 28 FP, now there is no Westbrook. McLemore averages .83 FP/min without the aforementioned injured Rockets and at his price, that’s fairly elite production. In two of the last three games Westbrook has sat out, McLemore has surpassed 30 minutes, but he has played 24-plus in all three. Expect him to come off the bench, which is why we’re going to deploy him in tournaments only.

Eric Gordon , SF HOU ($4,900)

Everyone is going to gravitate towards James Harden , and for good reason, but Gordon under $5,000 is insane without Russell Westbrook and Clint Capela . It’s insane for a few reasons, but first and foremost is the fact he has a 31-percent usage rate and 1.16 FP/min average. Secondly, the price is far too appealing knowing he’s the team’s second option offensively and against a bad Hornets defense at that. The Rockets have a very appealing 118.2 team total and somehow that’s fourth on this slate.

Cody Zeller , C CHA ($4,900)

At any point the Hornets can pull the plug on Zeller’s minutes as they’ve done on multiple occasions this season, but right now he’s playing a boatload of minutes because of how well he’s playing. He has notched 24-plus minutes in four straight games and in all four of those contests he’s put up at least 26 FP. Twice he’s double-doubled and in three-of-four he’s scored double figure actual points. On the year, Zeller is averaging 1.04 FP/min and gets a Houston team sans Clint Capela in the middle, which means he likely draws P.J. Tucker defense as they’ve been playing super small when Capela has missed time. Over the last two weeks, Houston has allowed the third most FP/game to opposing centers.

Josh Hart , SG NO ($4,500)

It’s really hard to not love this game environment for everyone involved. Hart continues coming off the bench, but boy has he been good. He’s coming off back-to-back double-doubles and three over his last five. Why I like Hart slightly more on FD is because of his ability to notch defensive peripheral’s as he averages 1.1 steals per game and has at least one block in five of his last six games. Milwaukee is a very strong defensive unit, but the pace of this game favors New Orleans considering they’re the team seeing a boost.
