Washington Redskins @ Dallas Cowboys

Total: 40.5

DAL -7.5

Gameplay Predictions

  • Colt McCoy went 6-for-12 for 54 yards and a touchdown while throwing no interceptions when he entered for the injured Alex Smith . He also added 35 rushing yards.

  • Adrian Peterson did score two touchdowns, but he averaged just 3.2 yards per carry. It was the third week in a row he averaged less than four yards per carry.

  • McCoy clearly locked onto Jordan Reed as his go-to pass catcher last week as he saw a team-high 11 targets while catching seven passes and scoring the lone passing touchdown.

  • After two straight weeks being the Redskins leading receiver, Maurice Harris caught only one of four targets for 13 yards.

  • Trey Quinn caught four passes for 49 yards in Week 11. His first four catches of his career.

  • Colt McCoy has played 36 career games and has 27 touchdowns and 23 interceptions.

  • Dak Prescott has completed 68-percent of his passes or better in back-to-back weeks.

  • Prescott has rushed for a touchdown in four of the last five weeks.

  • Ezekiel Elliott has rushed for at least 122 yards in back-to-back weeks while catching at least six passes in each as well.

  • Elliot has scored three touchdowns over the aforementioned two weeks.

  • Amari Cooper has seen five or more targets in each game he’s played with the Cowboys.

  • Cole Beasley leads the Cowboys in receptions, targets and yards, slightly ahead of Ezekiel Elliott in the first two categories.

Game Props

1) The last non-kneeling, offensive play of the 1st Quarter is a running play (We'll leave this open until the 2:00 mark) YES 2.4 / NO 2.6

YES. With how frequent these two teams run the ball, this is almost a given. Washington ranks 10th in rushing attempts while Dallas ranks 13th this year. Dallas has thrown the third fewest passes while Washington has thrown the 12th fewest times.

2) C. McCoy (WAS) passes for 75 or more yards in the 1st Quarter YES 3.9 / NO 1.8

NO. I don’t see a chance at this happening. McCoy only threw for 54 yards the whole time he filled in for Alex Smith in Week 11.

3) A. Cooper (DAL) or C. Beasley (DAL) record 3 or more receptions in the 1st Quarter YES 3.4 / NO 2.1

YES. I’m taking a shot somewhere, and this is the play I’m doing so. Cooper and Beasley are the two guys that have led this team in targets over the last two weeks, at least from their receiving corps.

4) The first offensive play of the 1st Quarter is a completed pass YES 3.6 / NO 1.9

NO. I’m having a hard time believing two run-happy offenses won’t be turning around and handing the ball off the first play of the day.

5) D. Prescott (DAL) rushes for a 1st down on the DAL opening drive YES 3.6 / NO 1.5

NO. Prescott has been rushing a lot more often when the Cowboys have down near the goal line, but not much outside of that.

6) A. Peterson (WAS) or V. Davis (WAS) record a reception on the WAS opening drive YES 3.2 / NO 2.0

NO. Peterson isn’t exactly a pass catching expert as he has just 14 receptions on the year and he didn’t have a single one in Week 11.
