It's crazy to think that there are only four weeks left in the regular season. We've had a helluva year up to this point and some surprising names have climbed the leaderboards and some players that I'm shocked to omit. Let's dive into some numbers!

Target Leaders

Your Week 13 leader in targets was A.J. Green. Andy Dalton is finally coming into his own this year as he’s now put forth three solid weeks in a row and it’s large part due to the fact A.J. Green is heavily involved in the Bengals offense. Thanks to his 16 targets, Green is now ranked ninth in the NFL in passes thrown his way. We should expect the Bengals number one to hover around the top-10 for the remainder of the year, but he has three really difficult matchups to end his season against the Vikings, Lions and Ravens. All three of those teams have very good secondaries and single corners that will likely shadow Green at every turn.

I know I ranted about Keenan Allen last week too, but he just keeps getting it done. He saw another 14 targets in Week 13 which gives him 41 over a three game span. He’s gone over 100 yards in each of those games and has scored in all three as well. I don’t see him catching Hopkins or Brown by years end, but it’s definitely a possibility he finishes third and comes close to catching the two at the top if he continues playing this well. Allen is all the way back and should even be considered for keeper leagues for next season. He’s top five in targets, receptions and yards, so don’t call me crazy without analyzing the data first.

Something else very interesting about how the targets in Miami are be divided up is that Kenny Stills continues to have some rapport with Matt Moore. Stills was fourth in targets this week and saw more targets than Jarvis Landry and DeVante Parker did combined. Stills is crushing Landry and Parker’s fantasy value for the remainder of the year as Stills himself is creeping into WR2 discussions. Over the last four weeks, Stills has seen 37 targets, Landry 35 and Parker 25.

Target Percentage

Thanks to his massive week 13 output, A.J. Green is back over a 30-percent target share in his offense. That makes him, Antonio Brown and DeAndre Hopkins as the only three in the league over 30-percent. Depending on how you look at it, Dez Bryant could be there too if you round up. I could see Keenan Allen make his way over 30 as well if these last four games go as well as his last three have gone.

Red Zone Targets

Jimmy Jimmy Jimmy, can’t you see, your red zone targets hypnotize me. Graham has dominated the red zone this year, seeing 25 total which is five more than second place. Graham has nine touchdowns this season and five of them over his last four games. He hasn’t practiced this week and is questionable for Week 14, but if he suits up, he’s a TE1 thanks to all the looks and touchdowns inside the 20.

It’s crazy to me that guys like Julio Jones, Mike Evans, Alshon Jeffery and Michael Thomas are seeing less than one red zone target per game. All four of these could are big, physical receivers that go up over almost any cornerback in the league and catch a ball in the end zone, but their quarterbacks don’t seem to care. It simply hurts their fantasy value and it’s kind of why they’re not where we expected them to be when ranking all the pass catchers this year.

Cooper Kupp is the biggest surprise in the top-five in red zone targets without a doubt. Kupp has 19 red zone targets this year and has caught 11 of them. As long as Robert Woods is out too, Kupp will quite clearly have his quarterback’s eye when they near the red zone, which is interesting seeing how they have one of the best running backs in the game that could be seeing more of the workload inside the 20.

Drops

The most impressive stat on this list is the one guy who hasn’t dropped a pass and that’s Kyle Rudolph. Rudolph has seen 70 passes thrown his way and has made 50 receptions but has yet to drop a pass. He’s begun to see an uptick in targets the last few games and has scored three times in two weeks, making him one of the more reliable targets in the game and a middle-end TE1 for the remainder of the year.

It remains to be seen if anyone will pass Amari Cooper for the league lead in drops, but if they don’t, an Oakland Raiders receiver will lead the league in drops in two consecutive seasons as Michael Crabtree led the NFL in 2016.

My bold prediction streak ended at just two games after Davante Adams came nowhere close to the league lead in receptions in Week 13. For Week 14, DeAndre Hopkins is my guy. He gets a beat up Cleveland Browns secondary that Tom Savage will look to exploit all game long. Wouldn’t surprise me to see Hopkins near 20 receptions for the entire game.
