Martavis Bryant signed with the CFL's Toronto Argonauts.

Bryant, 29, who is suspended from the NFL indefinitely after a series of drug policy violations, hasn't played pro football since 2018, when he had 19 receptions for 266 yards in 12 games for the Raiders. He applied for reinstatement in 2019 but the NFL has not granted his request. A fourth-round selection by the Steelers in 2014, Bryant flashed as a dominant wideout with otherworldly after-the-catch ability in Pittsburgh. In 2015, he caught 50 passes for 765 yards and six touchdowns in 11 games.

Le'Veon Bell (knee) is expected to play against the Bucs in the Super Bowl.

Last we saw Bell, he rushed twice for six yards against the Browns in the Divisional Round. He's clearly the team's worst backfield option headed into the Super Bowl. Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Williams should continue leading the KC backfield.

Sammy Watkins (calf) is expected to play in the Super Bowl against the Bucs.

Watkins at full strength would remove almost all fantasy relevance from Byron Pringle and Demarcus Robinson, who have seen expanded snaps in Watkins' absence. Pringle commanded seven targets on 49 pass routes over the Chiefs' two postseason games, while Robinson saw two targets on 60 routes. Mecole Hardman's opportunity hasn't fluctuated all that much with Watkins in the KC lineup; the speedster will be a volatile fantasy option in the Super Bowl whether or not Watkins suits up.

Antonio Brown (knee) is expected to be ready for the Super Bowl against the Chiefs.

Brown was inactive in the NFC title game after missing the entire week of practice headed into the game. He now has two weeks to get right before the Bucs face off against Kansas City in the Bucs' home-game Super Bowl. Brown drew three targets in the Wild Card round against Washington -- catching two balls for 49 yards and a touchdown -- and three targets against the Saints in the Divisional Round before exiting with the knee injury. Against the Chiefs in Week 12, Brown caught two of three targets for 11 yards. Scotty Miller would be the primary beneficiary if Brown has a setback in practice over the next couple weeks.

Quarterbacks facing this Bucs this season completed 67.88 percent of their passes.

A mere six teams gave up a higher completion rate in the 2020 regular season. QBs facing Tampa in the postseason have completed 61.9 percent of their passes. A pass funnel defense -- 75.5 percent of yards gained against Tampa came through the air -- the Bucs consistently gave up efficient passing performances. They now face Patrick Mahomes in the Super Bowl -- the same guy who roasted the Bucs in Week 12 for 462 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75.5 percent of his throws. The Bucs are going to have to pour on the points if they're going to keep pace with Mahomes and the KC offense.

J. Love - QB

ESPN's Rob Demovsky said Packers backup QB Tim Boyle "would be more suited" than Jordan Love to start in 2021 if Aaron Rodgers is traded or retires this offseason.

In other words, the Packers would be in bad spot if Rodgers isn't in green and yellow next season. Demovsky said "nothing [Love] has shown, at least publicly, would suggest" he's ready to replace Rodgers a year after the Packers inexplicably drafted Love in the first round. Packers beat writers have written extensively since last summer that Love is an erratic passer who appears over his head in Green Bay's offense. "Love has struggled with accuracy -- in the drill where quarterbacks throw to a stationary target (usually a net) and to players running routes on air (without a defender)," Demovsky said. He suggested the team's best course might be to trade Love, like the Patriots did with Jimmy Garoppolo when Tom Brady was unhappy about New England drafting his successor. That Love isn't locked in as Green Bay's starter post-Rodgers is an indictment of the entire organization.

Scotty Miller ran pass routes on 20 of Tom Brady's 37 drop backs in the NFC Championship Game.

With Antonio Brown (knee) sidelined, Miller served as Tampa's WR3 against the Packers, catching two balls for 36 yards and a score. Rookie Tyler Johnson ran just 12 routes against Green Bay and caught one pass. Brown will have two weeks to get right before the Bucs play the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, but a setback with his knee injury could make Miller central part of the team's wideout rotation against KC.

D. Metcalf - WR

DK Metcalf said Seattle opponents "figured out" the Seahawks' offensive formula during the 2020 season.

"We've been running deep pass, ever since (coach) Pete (Carroll) got there," Metcalf said. "Play-action. Run the ball, run the ball, run the ball, go deep. Teams just said, 'We're just not gonna let you all go deep.'" Metcalf was being polite in assessing how toothless the Seahawks' offense had become by the season's final month and a half -- a shadow of the outrageously productive offense of the regular season's first six weeks. Metcalf still managed to become the first Seattle wideout ever to record 1,300 receiving yards in a season, mostly on the strength of a nearly 800 yard first half of the regular season. Metcalf and the rest of Seattle's offense cooled off from there thanks to the team reverting to their run-heavy ways. Seattle's yards per play plummeted from a league-leading 6.6 in the season's first half to 5.1 in the second half. Head coach Pete Carroll, after firing offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer, said the team would look to further establish the run in 2021.
