Just seven games on the Saturday main slate for MLB DFS tonight and, according to Vegas, it's going to be a very offensive-friendly night. Astros/Mariners and Dodgers/Brewers have the lowest implied run total, but they're still both at 8.5 right now. We'll have to be very selective of our pitching choices. I'm not sure how popular this is going to be, but I'm actually looking at fading Justin Verlander tonight. He's obviously the most expensive pitcher, but he's also not exactly been himself, has he? The numbers just aren't matching up for him this early, so perhaps he needs another tune up. Does that come here? I don't know. He's facing the Mariners who have been crushing the ball this season, so it's not exactly the best time to assume he'll turn things around today.
As for the other match-ups, well....I've seen better. But we can make some things work.
