Welcome back DFS college basketball! Tonight we’ve got a 7-game CBB slate on DraftKings and a 6-gamer on FanDuel. There’s plenty of value plays and studs to pay up for on each so let’s dive into it!

As a quick reminder, here’s how the roster construction sets up for the two major DFS sites;

DraftKings: 3 Guards, 3 Forwards, 2 Utility.

FanDuel: 4 Guards, 3 Forwards, 1 Utility.

Games To Target

Oklahoma vs. Notre Dame - 7 pm ET (DK & FD) - A non-conference tilt at Madison Square Garden usually means plenty of fantasy upside. On the big stage in front of national audience with a tournament resume-booster on the line? This one should remain close throughout with the highest-priced player being just $6,900 on DraftKings. Plenty of value here.

Indiana @ Penn State - 7 pm ET (DK & FD) - With Juwan Morgan (leg) being a game-time decision for Indiana, this is a matchup you need to monitor. If he’s out, there’s a ton of good value for the Hoosiers and Lamar Stevens becomes a better play as well. If he’s in, it downgrades those value options significantly and makes Stevens less attractive.

South Dakota State @ Memphis - 9 pm ET (DK Only) - If you’re playing on DraftKings tonight, you’ll want at least a couple pieces of this one. The game has the highest expected total of the slate (155) with Memphis favored at home by just 2.5. Should be a back-and-forth scoring affair.

Guards

Romeo Langford - IU ($8,300 DK / $8,100 FD) - With Juwan Morgan (leg) possibly out tonight, Langford could take on a larger role offensively - which could mean a TON of shot attempts considering he’s already averaging double-digits in that category. Even if Morgan does suit up, the 6-6 freshman Langford has emerged as the catalyst for the Hoosiers offense either way.

Skyler Flatten - SDSU ($6,600 DK Only) - Over on DraftKings, you’ll want at least one of the top three Jackrabbits guards. Jenkins, King and Flatten all play 30+ minutes and a case can be made for any of them as the best play tonight. Flatten, though, is shooting more consistently and will contirbute a variety of ancillary stats and offers upside for 30 fantasy points if he gets hot.

Wynston Tabbs - BC ($6,300 DK / $7,300 FD) - After posting 50 fantasy points his last outing, Tabbs’ price has skyrocketed nearly $2,000 on DK. Normally I’d say fade this type of player but his usage has warranted a deeper look. Outside of a one-game outlier where he found himself in foul trouble, Tabbs is routinely playing at least 30 minutes, putting up double-digit shot attempts and scoring double figures. That’s a floor worth paying for in cash or tournaments.

Kira Lewis Jr. - ALA ($6,100 DK Only) - The freshman Lewis is leading the Crimson Tide in scoring this season and has scored 20 real points in three games already. In two of those contests, Lewis shot double-digit free throw attempts - essentially free points for him - and he’ll face a Georgia State team prone to get in foul trouble. Sign me up.

Andrew Nembhard - UF ($6,100 DK / $6,500 FD) - It’s always risky rostering any player facing the tough Press Virginia defense, but Nembhard has become a pretty reliable DFS play in his own right. He’s averaging 20+ fantasy points and is the best option for the Gators when they need a bucket in a close game - which should come around often in this one.

Prentiss Hubb - ND ($5,300 DK / $5,800 FD) - Hubb has emerged as a solid scoring option for the Fighting Irish, hitting double figures in each of the last four games and racking up double-digit shot attempts for three of those. His minutes are also trending up as he’s played 30+ over the last four outings as well.

Forwards

Mike Daum - SDSU ($11,200 DK Only) - If you don’t know already, Daum is one of the nation’s best players. Seriously. He’s a double-double machine, a master at drawing fouls, a legit NBA prospect and, honestly, may be underpriced in his first game appearing on a DFS CBB slate.

Lamar Stevens - PSU ($8,900 DK / $8,400 FD) - Stevens has played 35+ minutes in all but one game this season and he’s averaging 22 real points on the year. With double-double upside every time out, he provides a high floor for cash games in what should be a highly competitive game vs. Indiana. Plus, if Morgan is out for the Hoosiers, there’s a lot more rebound opportunity for Stevens.

Steffon Mitchell - BC ($5,700 DK / $6,700 FD) - Every time Boston College is on the slate, it’s a toss up between Mitchell and his teammate Nik Popovic. Both are good plays in cash but it’s Mitchell who could win you a GPP. He’s been rebounding at a high rate this year and has 35 fantasy point upside in this one.

Evan Fitzner - IU ($4,700 DK / $4,200 FD) & Justin Smith - IU ($3,900 DK / $3,600 FD) - Juwan Morgan is truly a game-time decision with a leg injury and if he sits out, Fitzner and Smith should see a ton more minutes in his absence. Smith has already started games for the Hoosiers this season and becomes a lock play if Morgan is out with this price tag. Fitzner gets a big bump in minutes if this is the case and will gobble up more of the rebounds that Morgan would’ve.
