Theo Maledon, PG OKC ($4,300)
Maledon has been his role increase in recent games. He has played 30, 33 and 28 minutes over the last three games and posted 24, 36.75 and 17.25 DK points, respectively. Maledon will see an increased usage against the Rockets with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and George Hill out.
Josh Richardson , SG/SF DAL ($4,500)
Richardson missed almost three weeks and got off to a slow start. He had a big game against the Suns Monday, playing 37 minutes and hitting 9-for-16 from the field. Richardson had 24 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals for 40.25 DK points. The Hawks rank 21st against shooting guards.
Eric Gordon , PG/SG HOU ($5,400)
John Wall won't play tonight and Gordon will benefit. Even if Gordon doesn't start, he should see more shots. He is averaging 17.5 points and 2.2 assists per game. In just 22 minutes against the Thunder on Monday with Wall playing, Gordon scored 25 points and had 30 DK points. He has at least 30 DK points in three of the last five games.
FANDUEL
Hamidou Diallo , SG OKC ($4,300)
Diallo has already had a couple of huge games this season. He had 41.2 FD points with 23 points and 11 rebounds against the Knicks on Jan. 8 and scored 25 points against the Nets on Jan. 10 en route to 46.6 FD points. The Thunder will be without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander , who has a 27 percent usage rate, and George Hill . It is a pace up spot against the Rockets.
Ish Smith , PG WAS ($4,900)
Russell Westbrook (rest) has been ruled out with a back-to-back. Smith has played 23 and 27 minutes since returning. He had 34.9 FD points on Sunday and 26.9 FD points last night in 27 minutes. He has been averaging more than a point per minute on FanDuel.
Jakob Poeltl , C SA ($4,800)
This is a great matchup against a weak interior. The Timberwolves allow 115.6 points per game, are the sixth-worst team in defensive efficiency, allow the third-most rebounds per game and allow the second most points in the paint per game. LaMarcus Aldridge is out and Poeltl should start or see more minutes. Poeltl's season high in minutes is 30 and he had 40.7 FD points in that game.
