Wesley Matthews Headshot

Wesley Matthews (hip) is expected to play on Wednesday.

Matthews left the Mavericks win over the Lakers early due to a hip injury but it appears as though he was removed as a precaution as he is expected to play for Dallas on Wednesday. Matthews has helped the Mavericks offense out by scoring 15 points per game this season but he rarely posts great fantasy point totals due to the fact that he doesn't get a significant amount of rebounds or assists.

Norman Powell Headshot

Norman Powell is coming off of the bench on Sunday.

With Lucas Nogueira moving into the starting lineup, Normal Powell will be coming off the bench for the Raptors against the Suns. Powell is averaging just 14.9 minutes per game, which is not enough playing time for him to put up solid fantasy numbers, so I would steer clear of him tonight.

Lucas Nogueira Headshot

Lucas Nogueira (head) is starting at power-forward on Sunday.

Nogueira is making his return to the lineup on Sunday after sitting out two games due to concussion-like symptoms and he has been immediately inserted into the starting lineup. Nogueira was really starting to find his form before his head injury and the Raptors have rewarded him with a place in the starting lineup against the Suns. He should continue to be a solid DFS option as long as his price doesn't rise too much over the next couple of weeks.

Danilo Gallinari Headshot

Danilo Gallinari (ankle) is available to play on Sunday.

Gallinari has been dealing with a lingering ankle injury but was able to suit up last night against the Clippers and he will play for the Nuggets tonight against the Timberwolves. Gallinari made an immediate impact last night, playing 31 minutes and scoring 18 points and snagging four rebounds. He draws a tricky matchup against a Minnesota team that has been solid defending against opposing small forwards so far this season.

T.J. Lang Headshot

T.J. Lang has been carted back to the locker room with an apparent injury.

Lang appears to have hurt his foot or Achilles during a routine run block and he was carted back to the locker room. The injury appears to be fairly serious and Lang actually broke the same foot that appears to be injured, which is not a good sign. He will almost certainly be out for the rest of the game.

Will Barton Headshot

Will Barton is coming off of the bench on Sunday.

With Gary Harris surprisingly inserted into the starting lineup against the Wolves, Will Barton will rotate back to the bench tonight. Barton is averaging 14.1 points and 4.4 rebounds in just north of 28 minutes played per game, so he should still get plenty of minutes for the Nuggets despite not being in the starting lineup.

Jameer Nelson Headshot

Jameer Nelson is starting at point-guard for the injured Emmanuel Mudiay.

With Emmanuel Mudiay sidelined due to a lower-back injury, the Nuggets will turn to Jameer Nelson to run the offense via the point guard position tonight. Nelson makes for an interesting option tonight for fantasy purposes as he's dished out 17 assists and scored 11 points in his last two games played. An increase in minutes should give him a nice boost to his stats tonight against the T-Wolves.

Gary Harris Headshot

Update: Gary Harris (ankle) is starting at shooting-guard on Sunday.

It appears as though the Nuggets are confident that Harris is fully healed as they have inserted him into the starting lineup tonight against the Wolves. Will Barton will come off the bench tonight as a result of Harris getting the start. The 22-year-old out of Michigan State is averaging 12.3 points and 2.9 assists per game, and the Nuggets will be hoping that he provides their offense with a spark tonight.
