Dear fantasy football player. If you are reading this then that means you have survived to play in the semi finals of your league. If you read this article last week you would have seen that Bryce Brown was a risky play, Eli Manning was money and Danario Alexander was a must start. But this is a whole new week with new heroes set to bring you to fantasy glory. Let’s take a look at the Week 15 Rankings:
Let the playoffs begin!! For those of you who are new to the fantasy postseason let me start by saying welcome. At this point of the season it is all about survival. It doesn’t have to be pretty, you don’t have to score the most points in your league. You simply have to win your matchup and move on. For those of you confused by that what I am saying is that you may implement little tricks into your lineup like starting a WR simply because you are playing that teams QB. This is not the time to “set it and forget it” as far as setting your lineup. You’ve got to be adjusting to the changing conditions during the games on Sunday’s if you truly want to put yourself in the best possible situation to win. Stay tuned to Fantasy Alarm all week long for special Fantasy Playoff themed articles and as always be sure to listen to me and Ted Schuster on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio on Wednesday 11PM-1AM, Saturday 10PM-1AM and Sunday 7PM-10PM. Here are your week 14 rankings:
What a wild and crazy day we had in Week 1 as it seemed like more quarterbacks than ever threw for over 300 yards. It almost didn't matter who you had, your QB probably put up a decent number (sorry Donovan McNabb and Alex Smith owners). Will defenses catch back up in the second week? Can Cam Newton possibly repeat his incredible debut performance? What about Kevin Kolb and Chad Henne? Will there be a bounce back for Ben Roethlisberger and Matt Cassel? There are a few really interesting matchups for signal callers this week so let's not waste any more time and get reading this week's rankings.
