Ray Flowers
Dexter Fowler Headshot

Cardinals are moving close to a deal with Dexter Fowler.

Fowler is reported to be heading to St. Louis for a physical, so the deal appears to be imminent. The veteran played his way to a World Series title with the Cubs, and also played his way to a big payday. Fowler does not post huge offensive numbers, but does enough to be a consideration in deeper leagues.

Jordan Matthews Headshot

Jordan Matthews (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday.

Matthews is clearly the Eagles number one wideout, and the combination of lack of depth along with a rookie QB hurts his value a bit. He should be viewed most weeks as a WR 3 with WR 2 upside, until Carson Wentz takes a step forward.

Blake Bortles Headshot

Blake Bortles (shoulder) fully participated in practice Thursday.

Bortles has greatly disappointed those who expected him to take a step forward in year three. He figures to be a guy to leave alone in Week 14 as he faces the Vikings. Bortles has 2930 yards on the season, to go with 20 touchdowns and 15 picks. His stats are a bit misleading however, since they have come largely in garbage time. He could be a bounceback candidate for 2017, but only if he comes at a bargain.

T.J. Yeldon Headshot

T.J. Yeldon (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday.

In 2016 Yeldon has fit right in with the entire Jags offense and disappointed owners hoping for a breakout. With just 373 yards on the season, and a 3.6 ypc average, Yeldon is not worth owning in most leagues, even when he does get the majority of touches in the Jacksonville backfield. He is nothing more than a desperation start against the Vikings top notch defensive unit.

Halapoulivaati Vaitai Headshot

Halapoulivaati Vaitai (knee) did not practice Thursday.

Vaitai is trending in the wrong direction for Week 14 for an Eagles offensive line already down Lane Johnson. Stefen Wisniewski and Allen Babre will continue to fill in on the line.

Meyers Leonard Headshot

Meyers Leonard is in the Blazers starting lineup Thursday.

Leonard will start in place of Ed Davis, but needs to show more consistency to be a consideration in seasonal, but could be worth a look in Thursday night DFS.
