More than a half-dozen minor league prospects are featured in this week's Farm Report. We've been hearing about Wil Myers for weeks and there is reason to believe he may get the call to the big league club any day now. Toronto may have elite outfield prospect Anthony Gose in the lineup mid-week. The Mets need arms for their rotation and the word is Matt Harvey will get the ball some time this weekend.  Several corner infielders and an exciting outfielder that may be involved in bringing Justin Upton to Pittsburgh round out this week's report.

Anthony Gose Toronto- With Jose Bautista likely headed to the disabled list, Gose was pulled from his AAA game on Monday night. Gose has posted 5-41-29 with a ,293 average and is considered a five-tool prospect by some. A natural center fielder, Gose could start in right field with Colby Rasmus remaining in center.

Matt Harvey NY Mets- After struggling in his first three starts in AA, Harvey has settled in with a 7-5 record and 3.39 ERA. The UNC product projects as a top of the rotation starter, but will move into the back end of the Mets rotation, perhaps as early as this weekend. Drafted 7th overall in the '10 draft, Harvey has 102 strikeouts in 98 innings of work.

Wil Myers Kansas City- After struggling last season, Myers has returned to '10 form, and then some. Myers has legit power and the defensive skills to play right field at the major league level. Myers has 28 home runs and a .327 average in 87 games combined in AA/AAA. As Jeff Francouer continues to struggle, Myers time draws near.

Jedd Gyorko San Diego- Gyorko has proven too good for AAA and is ready now. In 86 games in AA/AAA, Gyorko has combined for 21-71-3 with a .318 average. Jedd has hit nearly a hundred points higher at the higher level (Tuscon-PCL). Gyorko, the Arizona Fall League batting champ (.437) figures to be the Padres third baseman for the next decade.

Mike Olt Texas- I was vacationing in Myrtle Beach earlier this month and missed a chance to see Olt, who had just been bumped up to Double-A. I did get a chance to see Red Sox prospects Xander Bogaerts and Matt Barnes who are both the real deal. Olt is a natural third baseman, but has already moved to first, where he could get a look soon with the Rangers.

Starling Marte Pittsburgh- A natural center fielder, Marte is blocked by Andrew McCutcheon at the big league level. The '11 batting champ of the AA/Eastern League, Marte is just too good and may work in initially in left field in Pittsburgh. With Justin Upton rumored from Arizona to the Pirates sometime this month, Marte may end up part of the package to bring Upton east.

Nick Castellanos Detroit- Still only 20 years old, Castellanos is building on a monster '11 season. Castellanos has developing power, with 36 doubles last season that will eventually grow into home runs. Across two levels this season, Nick has posted 7-47-5 with a blistering .363 average. A move from 3B to RF is expected to accelerate his move to Detroit.
