Matt Forte, RB
While the world waits to see who wins this game of chicken between the Jets and quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, Forte is preparing to be a focal point of the offense while he looks to shed the "running backs over 30" stigma. Offensive coordinator Chan Gailey has vowed to adjust his system to feature Forte's strengths and should the team have to enter the season with Geno Smith under center, we could be seeing a significant number of check-down passes to get Forte running in space. He isn't likely to ever see the 130 targets he was gifted in 2014, but even with Bilal Powell present, Forte should see strong targets to go with his expected heavy carry total. If he stays healthy, he's got the potential to return to his 1,000-yard form.
