Melvin Gordon, RB
After a disappointing rookie campaign, fantasy owners had reason to sour on Gordon even further once news broke that he underwent microfracture knee surgery in January. The procedure is extremely tough to come back from, especially for a running back like Gordon who relies on his speed and agility to cut through defenses. Reports in mini-camp have been positive and all signs seem to point towards him being ready for training camp, but it's a huge risk to put all your eggs into the 23-year old's basket. His injury should repel enough owners to help keep his price down so if you see him floating around in the middle rounds of your draft, the potential reward just might outweigh the risk at that point.
