Lue has already informally extended an offer to recent Hall of Fame inductee, Allen Iverson, telling him to 'come coach with me.' Lue was an assistant coach for the Celtics when Garnett was in Boston so there is a history between the two. It now just all depends on whether Garnett wants to coach.
This will make three straight days of missed practice for Decker, who still has not had a MRI on his shoulder. Decker had only one catch in last week's game, and expect him to be a game time decision on Sunday.
Coach Ryan stated is he not sure about Watkin's status going into Sunday's game. Earlier reports stated that Watkins was going to test his injured foot out at practice, but he did not take the field Wednesday and Thursday putting doubt in many fantasy owner's minds. Will have to wait to see if anything changes before game-time to know if you can roster Watkins this week.
The 25 year old Middleton suffered this injury during preseason workouts last week. He was coming off a great year for the Bucks, in which he averaged a career-high 18.2 points, 4.2 assists and 1.7 steals last season along with 3.8 rebounds in 79 games.
The 2015 first round pick started the first two games at left guard for the Saints before missing last week with a knee injury. He has not practiced all week, and although Payton is optimistic, there is no current timetable for Armstead's return.
As mentioned earlier, both have been limited in practice this week, and will have an updated report after today's practice.
Haden did not play in last week's overtime loss in which the Brown's surrendered 30 points which shows their need to have him on the field. Haden missed 11 games last season, and had a two interception performance in week one. He has been practicing this week, and look for him to be on the field in some capacity Sunday.
