Sanu has been dealing with a groin injury at Falcons' practice this week, but this makes it very clear that he expected to be on the field Sunday against the Chargers. Sanu has been targeted 16 times by quarterback Matt Ryan over the past two games, coming up with eight receptions for 90 yards and a score during that span.
Green's injury didn't seem to be an issue before it was, which now has him expected to miss up to three weeks. Kyle Anderson and Manu Ginobili are his replacements and both should see ample time on the court.
Former Wichita State guard Ron Baker won the last spot over Randle as he was released on Friday. Randle stood out during Summer League which is why he received the chance to make the Knicks in the first place. Randle is currently recovering from an orbital fracture so he can't play right now anyways. We wish him the best and hope to see him make it to the association one day.
The surgery is minor and shouldn't cause too much concern. Noel hasn't been the most trustworthy player in recent years as he's suffered a handful of injuries that's kept him out for extended periods of time. Even when he does eventually return to action, he'll likely be a 6th-man for the 76ers unless they look to deal him. He possesses the most fantasy value on another team other than Philadelphia.
This is the last tune up before the season begins so a little knee bruise won't stop Muhammad from playing. He could be seeing limited time but we will have to wait and see. Muhammad should play a prominent role for the T'Wolves off of the bench this season.
