Week 18 arrives and serves up some very nice two start options. Some clunkers, too, but that is per usual.
I am posting this article from far north in Minnesota, where I am amazed I have an internet connection. Spent the day fishing in Canada, and now relaxing at the lodge. Sorry if I cannot provide more detail to my tiers, but my time is short to post today. Expect more detailed commentary next week.
Week 5 and rotations are sorted out. We now can start to make some real solid predictions about our two start options, with the weather hopefully settling down (no more snow postponements, I beg of you Mother Nature).
Before we get to the 2 Start Options for this upcoming scoring period, a moment of silence for my loss...of BFBC, TT edition. Should have known Colon's production was too good to be natural, but losing him for the rest of the season truly hurts. Been scrambling all week to find a suitable replacement, some of whom are in the second tier below. Anythehoo, let's get to it.
Coming to you from the lovely Keweenaw Peninsula area of northern Michigan (aka the UP), here is this Saturday's installment of Two Start Pitchers for Week 18. Since I am on something of a deadline, having to wrap this up before brunch and then an afternoon wedding, let's just get to it.
An early word of caution: I am on vacation, hitting 5 stadiums from Pittsburgh (last night) to Baltimore in 10 days. Thus, my usual Insightful (?) commentary will be limited at this point, until I reach a point on the trek with better wifi and the time to write.
