Bit of a shake up in the top two tiers this week. I base this on recent performances, looking for tendencies in production, as well as match ups and where the game is being played.
Week 8 provides a decent set of streaming options for all three sets of weekend games. I only put forth those guys I believe can give you a decent start, and as always, are owned in less than 50% of leagues.
This upcoming week features quite a bushel full of worthy two start pitchers. Let's not dawdle, there is much to discuss.
Mid-May, and here's hoping we don't see anymore sub-50 degree days at the ballpark. Froze my butt off at the Tiger game this last weekend, then fried in the sun yesterday in the upper deck of Comerica Park. Plus, I was forced to watch my hometown heroes lose both games. No matter about that, let's see what there is for end of the week streaming purposes.
Week 7 is shaping up as a very good week to plug in some tier two starters in your lineups. I am even willing to start some of the bottom dwellers in the second tier, just because I believe in their potential to bounce back from some shaky recent work. Which ones? Read on to find out.
As you glance at these streaming options, you may say "Huh?" I assure you, however, that these are the best options I can come up with for this weekend's games. Remember, these guys are owned in less than 50% of leagues, so most should be available in standard leagues. I am providing this information Thursday evening, so the disclaimer that things can change based on weather, injury or managerial decisions applies.
Rolling into week 6, and we now beginning to see some real patterns developing. Makes the three tiers below more fun to put together, if also more challenging.
Sorry to have to post this article, but there are very few decent streaming options this week. Especially with the under 50% owned requirement. These six guys are all I could scrape up this weekend.
Week 5 and rotations are sorted out. We now can start to make some real solid predictions about our two start options, with the weather hopefully settling down (no more snow postponements, I beg of you Mother Nature).
I will be attempting to get these articles published by Thursday the rest of the year, but I make no promises as my full time gig sometimes interferes with my plans. I want to provide options for Friday through Sunday for our readers, to help you prosper in your fantasy exploits.
