Twins reliever J.R. Graham lost 30-40 pounds this offseason and said he's stronger than he's ever been.
What's his trick you ask? Not eating pizza or drinking beer and eating breakfast has contributed to his weight loss from 200 pounds down to 170 pounds. 2015 was a disappointing rookie campaign for the reliever as he posted a 4.95 ERA in just over 63 innings pitched. Heading into the new season he is no lock for a spot in the bullpen and will have to earn it with his new svelte figure and his stuff in spring training. He can be avoided on draft day as he is just a low-leverage middle reliever. Analysis: Matt Selz
