Bullard was having his leg looked at in the second quarter of tonight's game, and is questionable to return. There's a chance he returns for the second half, but the Bears will release an official ruling soon.
He was having a nice first couple of games before leaving Sunday's game with a foot injury. He'll presumably head for tests and his status should be updated at some point on Monday.
Ayers injured his ankle in week 2. It's unclear at this time if he will be able to return for week 4 as he was seen leaving the locker room in a cast.
Dez started trying to walk off the field under his own power but then sat down until help arrived. It's unclear what the injury is. Stay tuned for further updates.
Flowers took a knee to the helmet late in the game and didn't return. The Chargers have the high-scoring Saints on deck, so they will need Flowers. Flowers has been enjoying a bounce-back season following a dreadful 2015 campaign.
Chargers ILB Manti Te'o exited Week 3 against the Colts with an Achilles' injury. He was out in coverage on Frank Gore before going down with the non-contact injury. It has the looks of a torn Achilles'. Jatavis Brown entered the game in Te'o's place next to fellow starter ILB Denzel Perryman. We should know more on Monday after further evaluation.
Eduardo Núñez aggravated his tight oblique when he stole his 40th base of the season today. He will undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury on Monday.
Mathews did not re-enter the game after injuring his ankle on Sunday. Wendell Smallwood, Darren Sproles, and Kenjon Barner split carries in his absence. The severity of Mathews injury is not known yet. If he misses time you will have to look elsewhere for RB production. The Eagles backfield is a mess fantasy wise.
