Miguel Cabrera has left Saturday's game with an ankle injury.

Miggy was clearly in pain as he left the batter's box, and manager Brad Asmus quickly lifted him from the game. Nick Castellanos took over at third, with Don Kelly moving from the hot corner to replace Cabrera at first. Cabrera has not been hitting like a triple crown winner this season, and may now have to take some time off to get healthy. ANALYST: Ivar G. Anderson

Athletics officially announce Sonny Gray will start Tuesday.

Gray had to have his last start pushed back due to illness, but he will avoid the disabled list and make two starts next week. If you own him, be sure to get him in your lineup. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Pirates claimed Travis Ishikawa off waivers from the Giants.

The Pirates could need Ishikawa if Starling Marte goes on the disabled list. Ishikawa went hitless in five at-bats for the Giants in his only big league action this season. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Nationals recalled RHP Taylor Jordan from Triple-A Syracuse.

Jordan replaces Stephen Strasburg, who was placed on the 15-day DL. Jordan appears to be in line to make Strasburg's scheduled start Friday. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Nationals placed Stephen Strasburg on the 15-day disabled list with a left oblique strain.

Strasburg was much better following his first DL stint this season, but it is hard to expect him to show that some dominance the next time around. With the All-Star break coming up, Strasburg could return when eligible and only miss one turn in the rotation. Tanner Roark threw 4 1/3 innings in relief of Strasburg Saturday, and he would appear to be in line to start Friday at Baltimore, though Joe Ross could be in the mix as well. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Starling Marte left Sunday's game after hurting his side on a swing.

This is a big blow for fantasy, as Marte has been a top-15 outfielder this season. Josh Harrison would likely see more time in the outfield if Marte misses significant time, though Sean Rodriguez and Steve Lombardozzi could be in the mix as well.  Analysis: Steve Pimental

Nate Freiman cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Nashville.

Freiman is batting .171/.225/.188 in Triple-A this season, so it is no surprise nobody wanted him. He could be back in the bigs sometime this season, but he is unlikely to have much of an impact. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Rasual Butler has drawn interest from the Blazers, Spurs and Warriors.

Now that all of the good wing players have signed, veterans like Butler will be in demand for bench jobs. Butler averaged 20.1 minutes per game with the Wizards last season, averaging 7.7 ppg. The Warriors do not appear to have any room for Butler in their rotation, but he could average around 20 minutes per game for the Blazers or Spurs. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Todd Redmond has cleared waivers and been outrighted to Triple-A Buffalo.

Redmond has struggled this season, with a 7.31 ERA and 5.40 FIP, but he had a 3.24 ERA in 75 innings just a year ago. He is unlikely to be relevant for fantasy, but he should be back in the big leagues at some point this summer. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Manager Don Mattingly said Brandon Beachy is not an option to start Monday. He also would prefer not to start Juan Nicasio.

This is all quite helpful. Who exactly does Mattingly want to start? Whoever it is will have a nice home matchup with the Phillies, followed by a start Saturday against the Brewers if he sticks in the rotation. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Jerry Blevins (forearm fracture) remains uncleared when he will be able to throw.

Blevins has been out since April 19, and once he is cleared to throw he will have to build up to a rehab assignment. The best-case scenario is probably a return in early August, but that doesn't seem particularly likely right now. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Manager Lloyd McClendon says he'll miss next three games to fly to Indiana following the death of his youngest sister.

We certainly mourn McLendon and his family in the face of this loss. He should return Thursday against the Angels.  Analysis: Steve Pimental

Patrick Corbin's next start will be Saturday at Citi Field.

The Diamondbacks have two days off next week, but rather than skip somebody they will stick with the same five-man rotation. Corbin allowed two earned runs in five innings in his 2015 debut Saturday, and he should be picked up in advance of his start against the Mets Saturday. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Matt Harvey will be throwing twice between starts now as Mets try to alter his between starts routine.

Harvey walked five batters Saturday after walking just six in all of June. There is no telling if this change will actually help, but it probably couldn't hurt.  Analysis: Steve Pimental

Rodney Stuckey has agreed in principle on three-year, $21 million deal with the Indiana Pacers.

Stuckey started 36 of his 71 games in his first season with the Pacers, averaging 12.6 points in 26.4 minutes while shooting a career-high .390% from behind the arc. Stuckey should continue to start at shooting guard for the Pacers so long as he can stay healthy. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Jenrry Mejia is due to make final "rehab" appearance for Las Vegas on Sunday. He will fly to San Francisco on Monday and be activated Tuesday.

Bobby Parnell and Jeurys Familia have been lights out for the Mets this season, so Mejia will be relegated to a seventh-inning role for now. He could be useful in leagues that count holds, and he could have a larger role if Familia or Parnell are traded at the deadline. Analysis: Steve Pimental
