Justin Morneau went 2-for-3 with one RBI and a run scored in the Rockies 3-2 win over the Giants on Monday.

Morneau is now slashing .317/.359/.498 with 14 home runs and 68 RBI over 410 at-bats as he continues to find new life in his first season with the Rockies. To add to his solid season, he has just 48 strikeouts on the year, which gives him a 11.7 percent strikeout rate while sitting in first place in batting average among NL hitters. He remains a must-start as long as he can stay healthy enough to continue receiving regular at-bats.
