Mike Evans was the subject of controversy Friday when a TMZ video was released that implicated the rookie in an altercation outside of Dream Nightclub in Miami,
When are these guys going to learn? Well, never actually so long as the NFL continues to coddle them and give nothing but slaps on the wrist for breaking the law. Who knows what the whole story and what developed prior to the incident, but the bottom line is that Evans needs to remove himself from any situation that could go south and he,like an idiot, refused to walk away. Nothing will come about this and if the NFL doesn't invoke the personal conduct policy, the Bucs likely won't do anything either. Yay football!ANALYST: Howard Bender
MLB/MLBPA panel is deadlocked over whether Josh Hamilton should be sent to rehab.
Hamilton's fate rested in the hands of four people, and the votes were split on whether or not to send the former All-Star to rehab. Hamilton was known to have failed at least six drug tests as a minor leaguer and was suspended from baseball from 2004 to 2006. He is in the third year of a five-year, $125 million deal and the Angels are hoping that he is on the field. He has been a bust since inking this contract and he is worth no more than a last round draft pick, especially with this relapse news. Analysis: Colby Conway
