Percy Harvin considers himself as healthy as he's been since his high school days.
With the departure of Golden Tate and the retirement of Sidney Rice the Seahawks will need a healthy Percy Harvin to carry their passing attack. Harvin missed all but one game during the regular season for the Seahawks last year but returned a kick for a touchdown in the Super Bowl victory over the Broncos. ANALYST: Jonathan Impemba
Miguel Castro will open the season in the majors.
Castro flew under the radar in the minors last season, but is making the rare jump from A-Ball to the majors. This is thanks to his (likely) temporary move to the bullpen for the Spring, which enabled his stuff to tick up a bit in shorter outings. He's likely next in line to receive saves should Brett Cecil fail, and the 20-year old is worth keeping an eye on. Analysis: Ben Diamond
