Dee Gordon went 3-for-4 with four runs scored, two stolen bases and a walk against the Braves on Thursday.
Gordon has had a bit of a down tick this month hitting just .269 but he continues to steal bases at an impressive clip with six so far this month. Overall on the year Gordon is hitting .291 with 67 runs, two home runs, 26 RBI and 54 stolen bases. ANALYST: Jonathan Impemba
Cowboys officially have placed franchise tag on WR Dez Bryant.
The one-year franchise rate for Dez Bryant is worth $12.823 million dollars. The Cowboys and Bryant will now have until July 15 to work toward a long-term agreement. He is not a fan of this tag and you should not expect him to work out a deal before that deadline passes but Jerry Jones does not appear to have any interest in letting his star walk. Nikola Pekovic (ankle) a game-time decision Monday.
Never fun for Fantasy Owners when you get the "game-time" decision. Pekovic did not participate in morning shoot around, but he will warmup before the game to see if he can give it a go. Right now we would guess that he is not going to play and if that's the case, Gorgui Dieng would step up into the starter role. Analysis: Drew Phelps
Carlos Gonzalez (knee) ran the bases on Monday.
We got to see both Carlos Gonzalez and Troy Tulowitzki run the bases on Monday which is a great sign for Fantasy Baseball players. Gonzalez is slowly coming back from getting his patellar tendon repaired in August. Tulo is on his way back from a hip procedure. Both players are expected to be ready for the beginning of the 2015 regular season. Analysis: Drew Phelps
Chandler Parsons will not play on Monday.
Richard Jefferson will get the start again on Monday night for the Mavericks while Al-Farouq Aminu will continue to get his minutes increased. The Mavericks were hopeful to get Parsons back early this week but it looks like it could be a few more games. He has not played since February 20th. Analysis: Drew Phelps
Tyson Chandler will not play on Monday.
This will be a small lineup on Monday night for the Mavericks as one again Dirk Nowitzki will play center while we'll see J.J. Barea alongside both Rajon Rondo and Monta Ellis in the backcourt, but we could also get a look at Bernard James getting time at the center position as well. Analysis: Drew Phelps
