David Ortiz is not in the Red Sox starting lineup on Wednesday.
Ortiz made a rare start at first base in Tuesday's win over the Reds, but will take a seat in favor of Mike Napoli in Wednesday afternoon's contest. The Red Sox move on to Houston following the game, meaning they will be back in an American League ballpark meaning Ortiz will be back in his usual role on Thursday.ANALYST: Matthew Beck
Panthers have no intention of bringing Greg Hardy back next season.
He could possibly be suspended which makes it tough for a team to bring him on board. However, he is phenomenal talent and is a defensive game changer. Is it worth it? Hardy played in one game last year before spending the rest of the season on the commissioner's exempt list. Hardy is young and had 15 sacks in his last full season, but organizations will have to evaluate whether or not that is worth the trouble. Analysis: Colby Conway
Dodgers can not send Alex Guerrero down to the minors without his permission.
This puts the Dodgers in an interesting situation. Due to his contract, he is not allowed to be optioned to the minors after his first season without his permission. Well, he has emphatically stated that he is not going down to the minors. He could be traded or cut by the team at some point. He will work at second base, third base and outfield this spring in an effort to see where he could potentially play in the majors. Analysis: Colby Conway
Randy Foye is in the Nuggets' starting lineup on Sunday.
The Villanova product has been struggling of late and hasn't really stepped up since Arron Afflalo was traded to Portland. In February, he only averaged 5.6 points in roughly 19 minutes per game. Foye can shoot the three ball effectively, but he hasn't shown it lately as he has made only two of his last 16 attempts. Analysis: Colby Conway
