Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel is working with the first-team offense Tuesday.
Let the overreaction begin. Yes, he's working with the first-team Tuesday. He's done it before and will do so again. The Browns figure that he will spend some time under center this season, so working with the first team is a way to help his development. It does not mean that he will be starting in Week 1. It does not mean he will be starting in Week 6. We just don't know right now. What we do know is that Brian Hoyer will be under center as the team's starting quarterback to open the season. Head coach Mike Pettine has said that already. All of you feeding off this Manziel hype are in for a world of disappointment and a last place finish in your fantasy football leagues.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Devon Travis left Tuesday's game with an apparent injury.
The Blue Jays are already a little short handed in their infield after trading Jose Reyes last night for Troy Tulowitzki who is not yet with the team. Travis started the game off with a home run for the Blue Jays so daily owners have at least already gotten value out of him but seasonal league owners should monitor this situation. Angels have sent IF Eric Stamets to the Indians for OF David Murphy.
The Angels have not been shy about their need for an outfield to play alongside Mike Trout and Kole Calhoun and have now acquired three outfielders in less than 24 hours with Shane Victorino and David DeJesus also being acquired along with David Murphy. Murphy has enjoyed a solid season for the Indians, hitting .296 with 22 runs, five home runs an 27 RBI while playing mostly against right handed pitchers. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba
