Playing out of the DH spot, Mike Trout went 3-for-8 with a home run, two RBI, two runs scored and walk against the Red Sox on Saturday.
Trout ended an 0-for-10 slump in Saturday's marathon game, and is now slashing .299/.387/.575 with 26 home runs and 84 RBI on the season Although his stolen base production is down this season (12 SB), now that he is maturing into more of a power hitter in the two-hole, there aren't going to be as many opportunities for him as we have seen in the past. Either way he is still arguably the best fantasy option moving forward.
