Billy Hamilton went 2-for-4 with a triple, one RBI and a run scored during the Reds' 4-0 win over the Indians on Thursday. He was also caught stealing for the 17th time this season.
Hamilton has now hit safely in six of his last seven games with three multi-hit performances and is batting .271 on the season. Nice right? Not to mention the 43 steals too. But while those numbers seem fairly solid, his .298 OBP and just two steals over his last 13 games continue to hammer home the point that fantasy owners overreacted in drafts this season and aren't getting the production they expected back in April. If you drafted Hamilton and failed to find a solid stolen base complement to him, you 're likely suffering in the category when you thought you'd be leading it by now. Lesson learned? We hope so.ANALYST: Howard Bender
DeAndre Jordan has four meetings setup as free agency gets ready to start. Clippers have slight edge.
Jordan along with Aldridge is one of the biggest names on the free agent market and is drawing attention like it. Lakers, Knicks, Mavericks, Clippers are the four teams that he will be meeting with and the Clippers, his current team, are believed to hold a slight edge over the others. Obviously, it would be a coup for the Lakers to steal the big man from their in city rival who share the arena with them. The Knicks are in serious need of an offensive big man given their lack of one for the last several seasons. Jordan's signing may trigger several dominos to fall quickly after. Analysis: Matt Selz
Marc Gasol only has one free agent meeting setup and it's with Memphis.
It looks like the big man will be staying put in Memphis considering that the only meeting he has setup is with his current team. Gasol and Zach Randolph have created a great front court for the Grizzlies that have gotten them into the playoffs the last couple of years. It is possible that once the bigger name front court players are off the market, that Gasol could then gain more interest, if he hasn't already signed. Analysis: Matt Selz
