The Boston Herald reports, David Ortiz who started at first base Tuesday night will not be in Wednesday's starting lineup.
With the Red Sox playing in a National League ballpark, the team will have to deploy Ortiz at first base if they want him in the starting lineup, but will get the day off on Wednesday despite a right-handed pitcher on the mound for the Cardinals. Fantasy owners will want to make the proper adjustments in their starting lineups for today's action. ANALYST: Matthew Beck
Jahlil Okafor scored 14 points (7-18 FGA) with nine rebounds, three blocks, one steal and one assist in 30 minutes on Monday for the 76ers.
Concern came when Okafor switched to the four from the five as the guarding of stretch fours could cost him rebounds and make run more than he typically does on the block, but with the early results in, it seems that those concerns are not to be worried about. Following the best game of his young career on Saturday, Monday's outing was another very solid effort from the Duke product coming close to yet another double-double and contributing in every category. Now that we are passed the typical college season in terms of games played, it's good to see that the rookie is keeping his production steady. He should be a starter every night in all formats.
