Fantasy Player Updates & News

The Minnesota Vikings waived T Matt Hall.

Tough break, Matty. Maybe another team will pick you up, but for now, it's back to selling Lady Kenmores at Sears.ANALYST: Howard Bender

Jrue Holiday underwent successful surgery to remove a screw from a previously placed rod in his lower right leg.

Holiday missed the majority of the season with a leg injury but was able to return during the season's final weeks and play in the playoffs. He should be ready for the start of next season and look to build upon the success he had when on the floor this year. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Lineup change: Jason Heyward is now batting sixth and Yadier Molina batting seventh.

Heyward has had great success in his career against Jon Lester, hitting .583 with four doubles, one home run and one RBI in his career. Seeing that neither player was removed from the lineup this should have little fantasy impact other than moving Heyward closer to the middle of the lineup. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Chris Paul (hamstring) will not play Wednesday in Game 2.

Paul injured his hamstring in their series clinching win over the Spurs but has unable to play in either game against the Rockets so far. In his place Austin Rivers will start at point guard. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba
