Lakers waiving guard Kendall Marshall, but have interest in bringing him back on a new deal if he clears waivers.

Marshall finished the year as one of the leagues top assist men once he became the Lakers starting point guard. He finished the year averaging 8.8 assists but the acquisition of Jeremy Lin who is more offensively talented has made Marshall expendable to the Lakers though he would be a great backup point guard in this league.ANALYST: Jonathan Impemba Mobile App
