Glen Davis will return to Clippers on 1-year, veteran minimum deal of $1.2 million, per source.
Davis was a late addition for the Clippers last season, serving as a solid backup big man behind Blake Griffin. Although he averaged only 13.4 minutes, his role would likely be expanded with the team going through an influx in the team's frontcourt, but not enough to warrant fantasy consideration in the early going. Ahmad Brooks (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday.
According to Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee, Brooks is going through the league’s post-concussion protocol this week, which could create more opportunities for Tank Carradine to showcase his skills as an outside pass rusher. The main subs for Brooks on Sunday is rookie Eli Harold, who is ready for the increased workload, however Cory Lemonier and Tank Carradine will be ready to go if needed. Analysis: Dom Murtha
