David Lee had minor surgery to repair a core muscle (pelvic area) and won't be able to train with Team USA in Las Vegas.
Again, the procedure was deemed minor, so while it will take Lee out of the running for a spot on Team USA in the FIBA World Cup in Spain, he should be just fine for training camp.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Bradley Beal will start Tuesday and play about 30 minutes.
The Wizards young talented shooting guard looks to finally be getting healthy. Beal poured in 22 points, two rebounds, three assists and three 3-pointers in 20 minutes of bench action against the Hornets on Saturday. Washington is slowly working him back into game shape and he'll get a chance to rest with the upcoming All Star break. Analysis: Drew Phelps
Tim Duncan will not play Tuesday.
The Spurs are playing it safe with their aging star and give him an extra day to rest his sore knee. Some thought he might play after being upgraded to questionable on Monday but now it appears they may just let him sit through the All Star break. David West will get the start on Tuesday. Analysis: Drew Phelps
Hassan Whiteside is questionable for Tuesday.
He will be a game-time decision but we did hear Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra say that he was encouraged by how the big man looked. We think it is a good chance that he suits up on Tuesday night against the Spurs. You should continue to monitor his status right up until Tip-Off. Analysis: Drew Phelps
Devin Harris will not play Tuesday.
Harris has missed several games and hasn't practiced with the team at all. Harris will probably remain out until after the All-Star break. Raymond Felton and J.J. Barea will continue to see extra minutes until Harris can make his return. Harris has zero fantasy value until he can make his return to the court. Analysis: Christopher Diaz
