Giancarlo Stanton went 3-for-5 with two doubles during Tuesday's 7-4 loss to the Phillies.

While Stanton has now hit safely in each of his last five games, the actual production he's provided is pretty minimal. He's 9-for-18 in that span but has just one RBI and a pair of runs scored to contribute. Obviously he's going to pick it up in the counting stats, but fantasy owners should be happy that even when he's not plugging home runs and driving people in, he's still doing his part to keep the batting average up. He's batting a career-best .308 on the season right now.
