Brandon Phillips (foot) is not in the Reds lineup on Tuesday.
Phillips left Sunday after injuring his heel. The Reds are saying that he is day-to-day, though they haven't really discussed the severity of the injury. He is expected to miss a few more days, so keep tabs on his lineup status on a daily basis. Skip Schumaker will continue to fill in for him at the keystone.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Bryce Harper went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in the Nationals 3-0 win over the Cubs on Wednesday.
Harper launched his 18th home run of the season on Wednesday as the power everybody expected Harper to have has finally arrived. At 22 years old Harper is currently the best hitting in baseball, sporting a .333 average with 41 runs, 18 home runs and 43 RBI to go with an insane .472 OBP and 1.222 OPS. It may have taken him a bit longer than many had expected since being on the cover of Sports Illustrated at just 16 years old but baseball fans everywhere should take notice as he is finally showing the world just how talented he is.
