J.J. Hardy went 2-for-4 a double, three RBI and a pair of runs scored against the Yankees on Sunday.

Hardy is now 9-for-23 (.391 BA) with a home run, four RBI and three runs scored over his last six games, as he makes a strong effort to bounce back from a very slow start. Despite sitting on a .295 average, Hardy has just one home run and 19 RBI through 251 at-bats, which is a far cry from the three straight 20-plus home runs seasons we have grown accustomed to seeing from him. At this point he will be lucky to reach 10 home runs, which is only going to hurt his fantasy value even more as the season progresses.
