Carmelo Anthony has to inform the Knicks by Sunday if he is opting out of his contract and become a free agent July 1st.
Considering the level of interest so many teams are showing, it would be a huge surprise if Anthony didn't opt out of his deal and find his way into an even fatter contract. The rest of the NBA is salivating while awaiting his official decision. ANALYST: Howard Bender
Titans head coach Mike Mularkey said the team is giving Marcus Mariota more chances to run the football.
One of the bigger surprises this fantasy season has been the lack of running by Mariota, considering he came from a read option offense in Oregon. However, the rookie quarterback has still been a solid fantasy option despite the lack of running, so this will give a slight boost to his value if he is able to churn out a few yards on the ground. It’s always a tough situation when quarterbacks run more as they open themselves up for injury, but the Titans must feel confident that Mariota will know how to protect himself when he decides to take off and run.
