The Bulls may trade both of their first-rounders (#16 and #19) for future firsts, to free up cap space for Carmelo Anthony pursuit.
Well that would certainly produce a win-now mentality, as well as keep the current roster happy and focused. Joakim Noah has been recruiting Anthony for some time but expressed concern that the team would sacrifice Taj Gibson to get him. Trading the picks just to open cap space would certainly do the trick.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Colin Kaepernick has worked with Kurt Warner on his throwing mechanics this offseason.
Specifically, the story notes that Kaepernick is working on "engaging his lower half" to allow for better touch. It's hard to believe Kurt Warner would know more about throwing mechanics than Jim Harbaugh or any other quarterback coach Kap has ever worked with. This appears to be more fluff than anything else, though is reports from camp suggest there's been a real change to approach or delivery of throwing a football, it could be something worth remembering on draft day.
