Zack Greinke gave up just one run on six hits and two walks with five strikeouts in six innings of Tuesday's win over the Rockies.
Greinke improved to 9-3 on the year as he picked up his first win in four starts on Tuesday while lowering his ERA to 2.57 for the season. Grienke will face his former team, the Royals, in his next start on Monday in a road inter-league matchup.ANALYST: Michael Pichan
Henry Owens will make his spring-training debut Friday.
While Owens' ERA jumped with his move to Triple-A last season, his K:BB spiked, leaving the Red Sox believing that he could be ready fro a jump to the majors soon. He'll debut this spring but will likely open the year at Triple-A to hone his craft. Should he dominate, the team could potentially bring him up for the second half. Analysis: Howard Bender
Hank Conger is dealing with a sore left wrist.
With the Astros saying that Evan Gattis will not play behind the plate at all this season, Conger steps in as the unequivocal back-up to Jason Castro. He's not really competing with Max Stassi who is seeing time in camp right now. Conger is day-to-day but should be just fine in a few days. Analysis: Howard Bender
