Jets head coach Rex Ryan said RB Chris Johnson (knee) will only work in individual drills and not in team drills during the team's minicamp this week.
The Jets will want to keep Johnson healthy in hopes that he can rediscover the player he was in his glory days with Tennessee. Johnson has been successful during his NFL career, but his statistics have wained in recent seasons. His knee continues to improve and he should be ready for training camp at the end of July.ANALYST: David Kerr
Jed Lowrie left Monday's game with a thumb injury. He's going back to Houston Tuesday for an MRI.
In all likelihood Jonathan Villar or Marwin Gonzalez will fill in for Lowrie if he misses extended time, but there's an outside chance the first-place Astros call up uber-prospect Carlos Correa for his first major league taste. Correa is murdering the Texas League (Double-A) to the tune of .375/.429/.719 with four home runs and two stolen bases. He's worth a speculative add in competitive leagues until the situation becomes more clear. Astros GM Jeff Luhnow has hinted that he wouldn't be scared to "lift" Correa straight from Double-A at some point. Analysis: Spencer Silva
