Ben Tate isn't worried about any competition for the starting job from rookie Terrance West.
While Tate can say that all he wants, he should definitely be concerned by West's abilities. Not only that, but Tate has taken his fair share of poundings at the NFL level and has a bit of an injury history as well. While the starting job sits in his hands right now, West will be close by and ready to jump in when needed.ANALYST: Howard Bender
MLB/MLBPA panel is deadlocked over whether Josh Hamilton should be sent to rehab.
Hamilton's fate rested in the hands of four people, and the votes were split on whether or not to send the former All-Star to rehab. Hamilton was known to have failed at least six drug tests as a minor leaguer and was suspended from baseball from 2004 to 2006. He is in the third year of a five-year, $125 million deal and the Angels are hoping that he is on the field. He has been a bust since inking this contract and he is worth no more than a last round draft pick, especially with this relapse news. Analysis: Colby Conway
